No, seriously, that's the point: A war was fought and one nation won.
I said this today: Israel occupies Palestinian in much the same way as America occupies Indian land and Australia occupies aboriginal land. Or, for that matter, that the genetic population we call British occupies Welsh or Celtic land.
Land won by conquest is not given up. Not when a new population actually puts down roots. Period.
The entire problem here is that the Muslim world, and Obama, encourage the Palestinians to continue fighting a lost war, forever and ever and ever.
Rather than pushing the Palestinians to accept the facts created by a lost war
OBAMA IS ABOUT TO DELIVER A MUCH ANTICIPATED MIDDLE EAST SPEECH.

HE MIGHT SAY THINGS TO PUT MORE PRESSURE ON ISRAEL.
I DOUBT HE WILL PUT PRESSURE ON FATAH TO BREAK-AWAY FROM HAMAS.
MY QUESTION IS THIS:
YOU'D THINK THAT ISRAEL LOST ALL THE PREVIOUS WARS WITH ARABS - OR FOUGHT TO A DRAW - BY LISTENING TO ALL THE CRAP THE ARABS DEMAND OF THEM.
AND CONSIDERING ISRAEL IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE VICTOR, IT'S PRETTY EFFIN' OUTRAGEOUS THAT THEY CAN'T DO WHAT EVERY OTHER VICTOR SINCE TIME BEGAN HAS DONE WITH THE LAND THEY WON IN WARS: KEEP IT.
BESIDES: ISRAEL'S FOES ARE THE WEST'S ENEMIES AND TERRORISTS.
SO PRESSURING ISRAEL IS NOT ONLY BAD GEO-POLITICS - BECAUSE IT'S ESSENTIALLY APPEASING OUR COMMON ENEMIES - IT'S IMMORAL.
IT'S WORSE; IT'S INSANE.
I EXPECT OBAMA TO SAY THE INSANE IN HIS SPEECH.
AND IGNORE THE FACT THAT ISRAEL'S ENEMIES ARE TERRORISTS SWORN TO ERADICATE ISRAEL.
