AMSTERDAM POLICE DEPLOY "DECOY JEWS"

Here's an article on the Hudson website about how Holland's authorities are deploying decoys to fight anti-semitism in the streets (via NRO's The Corner):

Last week, a television broadcast showed how three Jews with skullcaps, two adolescents and an adult, were harassed within thirty minutes of being out in the streets of Amsterdam. Young Muslims spat at them, mocked them, shouted insults and made Nazi salutes. “Dirty Jew, go back to your own country,” a group of Moroccan youths shouted at a young indigenous Dutch Jew. “It is rather ironic,” the young man commented, adding that if one goes out in a burka one encounters less hostility than if one wears a skullcap.

Were the Moroccans really serious about telling them to go back to their "own country"? I doubt it. Helen Thomas practically said the opposite.

In an effort to arrest the culprits who terrorize Jews, the Amsterdam authorities have ordered police officers to walk the streets disguised as Jews. The Dutch police already disguise officers as “decoy prostitutes, decoy gays and decoy grannies” to deter muggings and attacks on prostitutes, homosexuals and the elderly. Apparently sending out the decoys has helped reduce street crime. The “decoy Jew” has now been added to the police attributes.

Clinton sat with FIFA President Sepp Blatter during Wednesday’s game, met with seven members of the executive committee yesterday and will meet with others at a reception Sunday in Cape Town.

One of the organizers of an Iranian aid flotilla that was to said to Gaza in efforts to break Israel's naval blockade on the territory, announced Thursday that the event has been cancelled due to "Israeli threats."

Army Radio reported that a separate Iranian ship, carrying 60 Iranian activists, was being prepared to sail to Gaza via the Caspian Sea. This after the Lebanese media reported several days ago that Egypt has denied Israel's request to prevent Iranian ships from passing through the Suez Canal toward Egypt.

Meanwhile Thursday, the U.S. State Department issued a statement calling the aid flotillas to Gaza irresponsible.

"Mechanisms exist for the transfer of humanitarian assistance to Gaza by member states and groups that want to do so," the U.S. State Department said regarding Lebanese plans to ship aid to Gaza. "Direct delivery by sea is neither appropriate nor responsible, and certainly not effective, under the circumstances."

After years in which Israel has limited entrance to Gaza in order to isolate Hamas, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman invited his European Union counterparts to visit the region. Lieberman was quoted Thursday by Channel 2 news.

The invitation was reportedly extended during a meeting with Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini.

Lieberman told Frattini that he could lead a delegation to Gaza and visit all parts of the region. Delegates may meet with whomever they wish, the foreign minister reportedly said.

He also suggested that the EU invest in improving Gaza's infrastructure.

Previously, Israel has allowed United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon and EU foreign affairs chief Catherine Ashton to visit Gaza. Egypt has largely sealed its border to visitors as well, although it recently allowed a handful of aid delegates to enter Gaza via the Rafiah crossing.

Police Chief Ron Haddad says his department made the arrests Friday. The four are free on bond.

In addition, keep in mind that until the appeals process has been completed, it is premature to draw any conclusions about the outcome.”

That's right. A recommended way to ensure they'll carry through with the ruling is for all concerned to continue writing to the staff and call on them to stand strong on the decision.

Germany: Youths attack Jewish group

BERLIN — A Jewish dance group was attacked with stones by a group of children and teenagers during a performance at a street festival in the Germany city of Hannover, police said Thursday. One dancer suffered a leg injury and the group then canceled their performance.

The teenagers also used a megaphone to shout anti-Semitic slurs during the Saturday afternoon attack, Hannover police spokesman Thorsten Schiewe said.

Police said the incident is under investigation and that they do not have an exact number of attackers yet. Schiewe said there were several Muslim immigrant youths among the attackers.

Two suspects, a 14-year-old and a 19-year-old, were being questioned, he said.

Alla Volodarska, whose Progressive Jewish community of Hannover group held the performance, told The Associated Press in an interview that members were still in shock.

"What happened is just so awful," Volodarska said. "The teenagers started throwing stones the moment our dance group was announced, even before they started dancing."

Volodarska said she did not attend the event herself, but had talked to several members of the eight-person dance group since the incident. She said one dancer, a woman in her forties, was injured by several stones that hit her leg.

"There were many kids throwing stones, many of them, but we don't know the exact number," she said, adding that the community had performed Israeli group dances at many festivals in the past and never experienced this kind of hostility before.

Volodarska said that the festival took place in Sahlkamp, an immigrant neighborhood of Hannover. 

This was a coordinated attack. They began throwing stoned immediately after the group was announced, not even bothering to watch the performance begin.

As we all know by now, "youths" is euphemistic journo-speak for Muslims.

Europe hides behind it's "youths" to do the job to do their dirty work.

If that were not the case, then Europeans would have no problem telling us who is attacking, and what motivated the attacks in the first place.
