It has become very clear to everyone involved who is analytical and not ideological that the rational strategy, for both large and small firms, is to cease providing health care insurance to employees.
THIS WAS THE LEFT'S GOAL ALL ALONG.No company wants to admit that they are considering eliminating health insurance as an option, or be the first one to drop their health insurance plan, but once a competitor does so, the preference cascade will begin.
Most on the Left sincerely think Obamacare and nationalization of healthcare insurance and the healthcare delivery system - into a "single payer system" - will improve our healthcare results.
They believe this because they are either deluded dupes and drones or just totally misinformed.
The fact is that the USA get's better results than Europe when analyzed disease by disease. And our life-spans are higher when adjusted for racial differences.

The NHS is in fact a health disaster - as are all the socialist healthcare schemes in the rest of Europe. IN FACT, the USA has a better longer average lifespans and much lower morbidity rates for ALL major diseases - especially when you equalize for racial/ethnic differences, (blacks have high shorter life spans than whites due to genetic diseases, and they lower the USA life span).
