Always O.W., apologies, but I think your source is mis-reading the article. The presentation is aimed at women of all faiths, the presenter does not propose sharia law for women of all faiths.
Sharia Law itself proposes itself to rule all people, men and women, everywhere for all time.

The presentation is to women of all faiths.
However, I think that the next step isn't far behind. I am certain that the introduction of shari'a law to these women of all faiths will paint shari'a as wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
