It's figuratively true.
Obamacare is a disaster which Congress won't pass.
The first one didn't do dick, so there won't be another stimulus.
The Spending Commission is DOA. So is the Aggregate Freeze.
Nothing Obama proposes will pass. He's worse than a lame duck: he's a president who isn't there.
The ONLY thing that can change this dynamic is if he cleans house: fires Rahm and Jarrett and brings in centrist pro's like Bill Daley and Ed Rendell and Sam Nunn.

If what you say is true, then I was, essentially, correct in predicting that Obama would be gone by sometime in 2010.
Sadly, I think he and Pelosi and Reid still have enough fight in them that they will rear their ugly heads again.
