Under the Democratic bills, federal tax credits to help make health insurance affordable for millions of low- and middle-income households won't start flowing until 2013 -- after the next presidential election. But Medicare cuts and a sizable chunk of the tax increases to pay for the overhaul kick in immediately.
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM: CUTS IMMEDIATELY TO ELDERS (WHO HAVE BEEN PAYING INTO THE SYSTEM THEIR WHOLE LIVES), AND NOTHING NEW FOR ANYONE ELSE FOR THREE FREAKIN' YEARS!?!?!
OBAMACARE IS AN INSANE ABOMINATION. LOOK AT IT THIS WAY:
...We're going to pass a health care plan that:MEANWHILE, TORT REFORM COULD START IMMEDIATELY AND SAVE $11 BILLION PER YEAR FOR THE NET TEN YEARS.
1. Was written by a committee whose head says he doesn't understand it
2. Passed by a Congress that hasn't read it but exempts themselves from it
3. Signed by a president that also hasn't read it and who smokes
4. With funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes
5. Overseen by a surgeon general who is obese and
6. Financed by a country that's nearly already broke
What could possibly go wrong?
OBAMACARE WOULD MAKE THE DEFICIT AND HEALTHCARE WORSE; THEREFORE, WE MUSTN'T LET CONGRESS PASS IT.
