1. Obama's "vault" version (certified copy of his "original" long version) Birth Certificate; and
2. A certified copy of Obama's Certification of Citizenship;
3. A Certified copy of Obama's Oath of Allegiance.

The PDF the show is the unsigned draft the lawyer provides for the judge.
I don't think it has been completed and signed.
Somebody with PACER access might be able to settle that.
Much as I would like this to be true, the order seems to be only one that has been submitted by Berg as part of a response to a motion by Obama's attorneys to dismiss. It does not appear to have been acted on. All of the documents in this case are online here:
