IRANIAN CHUTZPA: BRITISH VIDEOS OF THE BRITISH SAILORS IS PROPAGANDA

Are you kidding?
The interviews given by the British sailors seized by Iran are "British government propaganda," according to Kazem Jalali, spokesman for Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee. The capture of the British soldiers, who were recently released, continues to stir up emotions in the Islamic republic. On Tuesday morning, the Iranian parliament held a special discussion on the issue. Jalali said that the committee was "willing to hold a press conference for the British soldiers in Iran, in order to convince the global public opinion." He added that "the troops' remarks testify to the fact that they are being pressured by Britain.
Seriously? The Iranians committed an act of war by crossing international waters and capturing the sailors of a sovereign nation. Then violated international human rights law by humiliating their captives and parading them in front of cameras. They did this for the most venal propaganda purposes imaginable - and they have the nerve to complain when the sailors, after being freed, tell their story.
