According to the BBC: "Mullah Omar is not in Afghanistan. I do not believe that Osama is in Afghanistan," US Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad said at a news conference in Kabul.
Khalilzad will soon be the US Amb. to Iraq.
The BBC seem to think Khallilzad was implying that OBL is in Pakistan. But maybe he wasn't; maybe he KNOWS OBL is in IRAN. Stay tuned...
