If Bush were to start MORE VOCIFEROUSLY AND STEADILY denounce & deride the socialist tyranny in Cuba, then Castro's death MIGHT VERY WELL set off an UNSTOPPABLE popular democracy movement within Cuba (as Hariri's did in Lebanon and Arafat's did in the occupied territories).
