Breivik made the boast in a rambling online declaration of war against Islam and multiculturalism uploaded a few hours before launching the devastating attacks in Oslo and the island of Utoya.He said he wanted to spend the money on a ‘high quality model escort’ because it would help put him at ease ahead of the atrocity.
