Take out the born in Kenya, and I think that is half the truth.
The other half is simply that he was taught to hate the United States, and oppose it's policy in every way, and he has been a good boy all his life in following through on those instructions for fear that if he is not he will be displaced again.
That is his deep psychological problem.
I don't think it's a joke at all.
It's just true.
