All Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip will be eligible for the first time to apply for asylum in France, a court ruled on Friday. This is utterly horrific, and in addition to importing antisemitism that'll hurt the Jewish community even more, it'll also be importing more misogyny and rape, more jihadism that'll affect regular French as well, and above all, precipitate the way for a European caliphate. This cannot go unopposed.
Deciding on a case brought by a Palestinian mother seeking asylum in the wake of the Islamist Hamas October 7th terror attacks on Israel, France’s National Court of Asylum (CNDA) ruled in her favour given the “war methods” of the Israeli Defence Forces in Gaza, which the court found were “serious enough to be regarded as methods of persecution.”
The decision overturned a previous rejection from the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Effrusion (OFPRA) in November, which noted that the Palestinian woman was not specifically being “persecuted” and therefore could only be eligible for “subsidiary protection”, a lesser form of asylum which only allows for a four-year temporary residence permit rather than the ten years of protection guaranteed to refugees.
The case paved the way for the CNDA to declare that all Palestinians living in Gaza should be entitled to asylum protection in France, Le Figaro reports. The court based its decision on the Geneva Convention, which says that people who face “persecution for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion,” should be considered refugees. [...]
Although the ruling was hailed by leftist groups such as Amnesty International, others expressed concern about allowing more Palestinians into France, including a former Muslim turned anti-Islamist activist and female rights campaigner, Henda Ayari.
“While France is already grappling with explosive community tensions, it chooses today to unconditionally welcome refugees from Gaza, even though more than 30 Muslim countries refuse to take them in. Why should France, once again, play the role of humanitarian substitute while others categorically refuse to host these populations in their countries?” she questioned.
“We’re talking about a region where Hamas recruits, where Islamist ideology and anti-Semitic, anti-Western hatred are deeply rooted, where many celebrated the massacres of October 7. We cannot pretend to believe that they are all ‘innocent victims.’ Some of these individuals who will arrive in France may have participated in, supported, or condoned terrorism. And tomorrow? They will be housed, fed, and supported at the expense of French taxpayers… while our retirees are dying and our neighbourhoods are exploding,” Ayari lamented.

French court rules all Gazan Muslims can have asylum in their country
In another example of the French establishment's dhimmitude, the French court for asylum gave their backing to allowing Muslims from Gaza to have asylum in a country that's already become a nightmare:

Now, Jewish Democrats are disturbed about Zohran Mamdani's anti-Israel standings
Some Jewish Democrats on Capitol Hill are voicing worries about Muslim NY assemblyman Zohran Mamdani, since he's refused to walk back his comments on intifada, and Israel:
Jewish Democrat lawmakers on Capitol Hill are sounding the alarm on Democratic Socialist New York City Mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, pointing to his refusal to condemn the phrase “globalize the intifada” or recognize Israel as a Jewish state, especially at a time when antisemitism is on the rise in the United States.Well in that case, will the Democrats distance themselves from supporting him? Unfortunately, as their embrace of anti-Israel advocates like Ilhan Omar makes clear, the chances of that are next to nothing.
“To not be willing to condemn the term ‘globalize the intifada,’ it just demonstrates his callous disregard for antisemitism, terrorist activity,” Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) said, according to a report by the Hill.
“Anyone that I care about couldn’t possibly distance themselves from him more,” Wasserman Schultz, the first Jewish woman elected to represent Florida in Congress, added. “It’s really terribly disturbing and potentially dangerous.”
A source familiar with conversations transpiring about Mamdani told the outlet that the self-proclaimed Democratic Socialist’s ascent in politics has been a topic of discussion among a group of Democrats lawmakers on Capitol Hill.
In addition to failing to denounce the saying “globalize the intifada” or agreeing that Israel is a Jewish state, Mamdani has also supported the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement and accused Israel of an apartheid after Hamas’ October 7, 2023, terrorist attack.
“When you have a prominent candidate who is giving permission to use dangerous rhetoric that potentially incites violence and incites people and creates a permission structure to fan the flames of violence? That’s just completely unacceptable,” Wasserman Schultz said.

What 15 hostages went through at the hands of Hamas rapists
At least 15 rescued hostages opened up about the horrifying sexual violence they went through when Hamas imprisoned them:
Fresh testimony from survivors and witnesses demonstrates that Hamas terrorists systematically employed sexual violence during their October 7 assault on Israel, according to a comprehensive new investigation that documents previously unreported accounts of rape and sexual abuse. The Sunday Times revealed that the upcoming Dinah Project report presents evidence from 15 returned hostages who experienced sexual violence in captivity, with only one having spoken publicly before now.Read more at the article. October 7, 2023 was by far one of the worst cases of mass sexual violence in history.
The investigation, conducted by Israeli gender and legal experts with partial funding from the British government, found that sexual violence was "widespread and systematic" during the attack that killed approximately 1,200 people. According to The Sunday Times, the report establishes that rape and gang rape occurred in at least six different locations, though most victims were "permanently silenced" – either murdered during the assaults or left too traumatized to speak.
The Sunday Times reported that the Dinah Project will be published Tuesday in Jerusalem, representing the most comprehensive documentation of sexual violence during the October 7 attack. The report draws from first-hand testimony of 15 returned Gaza hostages, a survivor of attempted rape at the Nova music festival, and interviews with 17 people who witnessed or heard the attacks, along with therapists treating traumatized survivors.
The project aims "to counter denial, misinformation and global silence" regarding what researchers describe as "one of the most under-reported dimensions of the attacks." The report states its mission "to set the historical record straight: Hamas used sexual violence as a tactical weapon of war."
