AMERICAN JEWS SHOULD OPEN THEIR EYES AND REALIZE THAT TH DEMOCRAT PARTY IS NOT A FRIEND OF ISRAEL'S - AND AMERICAN JEWS SHOULD VOTE GOP.
BTW: NEWT WAS THE ONLY GOP CANDIDATE AT THE FORUM TO MAKE THIS PROMISE.

It's too big a swallow for them. I have too many friends who, while to my RIGHT in insisting that there must be an Israel, and it MUST be a Jewish state (and everything that flows from that), cannot square that with a Rick Perry whose abortion stance they regard as anti individual rights. (It is, PS), or a Sarah Palin who while never ACTING to limit what's in the library acted as if she wanted to. The locality of those who want to limit your freedoms, sometimes for reasons of THEIR FAITH (which ensure your safety, ultimately .. for a group which has been pogrommed EVERYWHERE for 2500 years) is more important to many Americans who happens to be Jewish than what any individual has to say about Israel.
This is my observation, NOT (necessarily) my personal belief.
