The GOP should begin the amendment process and introduce a measure which would make it constitutional for states to allow juries the option of ordering the execution of child rapists.

SCOTUS came out for the Constitution, although I can see how you may not know what that is.
The only countries with death penalties are third worlds and human rights abusers. And us.
I have a daughter. If anyone ever rapes her, whether she is a child or adult, I want them to go to prison for the rest of their lives. Death is too good for them.
