There's a cadre of comrades within the CIA which has been undermining the policies set by the ELECTED government of the USA; they're the ones who have leaked information about policies they don't like - such as: rendition/secret prisons; the SWIFT bank monitoring program; the NSA intercept program; the yellowcake/uranium Niger/Africa controversy; and so on.
These leaks damaged our national security and aided the enemy. And fueled the BDS propaganda wars here, and the anti-American propaganda wars abroad.
Well now it seems as if the Bush Administration is finally going to do something about it.
