California SEIU members beat a state worker bloody because he wanted to expost the corruption within the union.
CBS13 reported:

A state worker is recovering after a bloody brawl at a union hall. He says members of the local SEIU 1000 beat him up and sent him to the hospital all because he wanted to expose allegedl corruption within the union.

Ken Hamidi is a state worker at the California Franchise Tax Board. Last night he walked into a union hall in Sacramento for an SEIU local 1000 meeting.

“We had every right to be here, very simple; it wasn’t anything private or anything exclusive,” said Hamidi.

But Hamidi says the union members did not want him there.

“Three, four people jumped at me, wrestled with me, then did all that,” said Hamidi. “I was covered in blood and then over to the emergency room.”

Photos of Hamidi in the hospital show him bloodied from the brawl. So why did this happen? Besides being a state worker, Hamidi says he’s an unpaid reporter for a cable access show and a vocal critic of the SEIU. He calls the state workers’ union corrupt.

“This is a union hall that is leased and is being furnished and equipped and everything with our money,” said Hamidi.

Hamidi says he came to the hall to expose how he says SEIU union leaders are spending tens of thousands of dollars on a political race, he claims, they have no right to do. After he and a photographer walked in to the meeting, it didn’t take long for Hamidi to be right out the door and on his way to the hospital.

The local SEIU says the man was acting like a bully.

He was acting like a "bully", so the SEIU had to straighten him out by acting like THUGS.

Note, they do not even begin to apologize for their actions.

Instead, they give an excuse; the other guy was acting like a "bully".

They believe it is their right to beat people for acting like bullies.

They believe it is their right to act as judge and jury.

They do not believe in the rule of law. If they did, they would have called the police and had the "bully" expelled from the Union Hall.

BUT, THE LAW CAN BE DAMNED IN OBAMA'S AMERICA.

The Obama Administration and the SEIU are intimately involved.

And yet, when SEIU thugs beat up black Conservative Ken Gladney at a Town Hall Meeting, Obama did not speak a word of condemnation.

Imagine if Republicans had beat up a black man at a Town Hall Meeting. Do you think Obama would have been silent about that?

The federal criminal complaint filed against Mr. Blagojevich said his chief of staff, John Harris, had suggested to a service employees’ official that the union should help make the governor the head of Change to Win, the federation of seven unions that broke away from the A.F.L.-C.I.O. The complaint said Mr. Blagojevich was seeking a position that paid $250,000 to $300,000 a year.

In exchange, the complaint strongly suggested, the service employees union and Change to Win would help persuade Mr. Blagojevich to name Valerie Jarrett, President-elect Barack Obama’s first choice, as the state’s new senator. And the union would get help from the Obama administration, presumably for its legislative agenda.

... the SEIU was Blagojevich’s biggest donor in his two campaigns for the governorship. The union also endorsed Obama early in the primaries, in February, when Hillary began to struggle. With Gaspard on the team and the union holding some IOUs from Obama, a third-party deal would make perfect sense.

The question is whether that idea came solely from Blagojevich, or whether the SEIU originated or at least concurred in the process. Obama would have gotten his preferred candidate in the Senate, the SEIU would have even more IOUs from both Blagojevich and Obama, and Blagojevich would have had his sinecure for a golden parachute out of Springfield.

That term came to mind upon learning that ACORN, one of the nation's most influential community organization groups, is reeling from a case of embezzlement.

More troubling, ACORN's leadership made matters worse by covering up the problem for years and now is sitting on its hands waiting for the scandal to pass.

Dummies.

Today's New York Times tells the sordid tale, so I won't get into all the details except to note that a trusted employee (funny how embezzlers are always trusted) walked off with a cool $1 million about eight years ago.

That's not the worse of it. Upon learning of the shortfall, ACORN's executive leadership keep this nugget of news to itself, never telling board members about the scandal and--get this--not bothering to tell the cops. [UMPH ADDED!]

While embezzlement is bad, it can happen anywhere and any place. I've long believed that when anyone has unfettered access to other people's money, there's potential for abuse. That's why organizations--even do-gooder groups like ACORN--should be aggressively audited by outside accountants.

But where ACORN really screwed up is in its failure to come clean and tell the world.

ACORN argues that it stayed mum out of fear that its enemies would use the embezzlement against the group in the court of public opinion. ACORN, which stands for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, is feared and hated by many corporate adversaries and some so-called conservative politicians, who despise its tactics when protesting in behalf of higher living wages, minority rights and improved health care. (In Chicago, ACORN opposition is one the reasons Wal-Mart has not been allowed to expand. Even the former community organizer and presidential hopeful Barack Obama has been slammed by some blogs for his earlier ties to ACORN.

I don't always care for ACORN's aggressive approach. But over the years I've seen ACORN play an important role in improving affordable housing for minorities and addressing other neighborhood grassroots issues.
But in this case, ACORN'S hypocrisy can't be ignored.

Imagine the fuss ACORN would have raised if one of its corporate targets or politicians had embezzled and then hid under a rock. Shouts of "Fraud!" and "Dereliction of Duty!" would have accompanied ACORN's protests, which would also include demanding the ousters of those responsible.

Right now, ACORN's leadership is content to sit tight and risk its organization's credibility and financial backing. Organizationally, its response to this scandal has been a minor reshuffling of the ACORN leadership deck.

That's not enough.

A voter registration drive by a national organization is being investigated by Dauphin County authorities after election officials raised questions about more than 100 of the forms.

Charles Jackson, a spokesman for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, said that his organization fired a temporary employee involved in collecting registrations and that it has been cooperating with Dauphin County detectives.

Dauphin County District Attorney Edward M. Marsico Jr. confirmed last week the investigation by county detectives is “ongoing.” John Goshert, head county detective, said a former ACORN worker had been questioned, but has not been charged with any criminal offense.

Last July, ACORN settled the largest case of voter fraud in the history of Washington State. Seven ACORN workers had submitted nearly 2,000 bogus voter registration forms. According to case records, they flipped through phone books for names to use on the forms, including "Leon Spinks," "Frekkie Magoal" and "Fruto Boy Crispila." Three ACORN election hoaxers pleaded guilty in October. A King County prosecutor called ACORN's criminal sabotage "an act of vandalism upon the voter rolls."

The group's vandalism on electoral integrity is systemic. Under the guise of "consumer advocacy," ACORN has received money from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. HUD funds hundreds, if not thousands, of left-wing "anti-poverty" groups across the country led by ACORN. Last October, HUD announced more than $44 million in new housing counseling grants to over 400 state and local efforts. The White House has increased funding for housing counseling by 150 percent since taking office in 2001, despite the role most of these recipients play as activist satellites of the Democratic Party. The AARP scored nearly $400,000 for training; the National Council of La Raza ("The Race") scooped up more than $1.3 million; the National Urban League raked in nearly $1 million; and the ACORN Housing Corporation received more than $1.6 million.

SEIU announced today its endorsement of Barack Obama for president.

A press statement by the union adds:

Nurses, childcare workers, janitors and other service workers endorsed Sen. Barack Obama for president today, calling him the candidate with the best vision, best plan and best strategy to lead the country to a new American Dream.

SEIU members are supporting Obama with an aggressive political effort. With more than 150,000 members in the upcoming primary states, including Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Texas, SEIU will mobilize thousands to go door-to-door, work the phones, and will send mail about their support for Obama. SEIU also will have a substantial presence on television and radio in every critical state.

Stern stated, "Barack Obama is creating the broadest and deepest coalition of voters we’ve ever seen."

Anna Burger, secretary-treasurer of SEIU and chair of the Change to Win federation of unions that includes SEIU, said, “This is one of the most important presidential elections workers have faced. Families are struggling, we’re fighting two wars, and a majority of Americans are now worried that their children will be worse off than they are. Obama is the right person at the right time to lead the change we so desperately need in our country.”

This is a huge coup for Obama, but hardly surprising as the SEIU leadership is strongly linked to DSA.

SEIU president Andy Stern gained his current position when his mentor, "card carrying" DSA member John Sweeney left the job to take on the US labour movement.s top job-president of the AFL-CIO.

Stern is a former New Leftist who came out of the University of Pennsylvania. In one of the eulogies given at a Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) memorial after the death of DSA co-founder Michael Harrington, Steve Max, the Midwest Academy's Director of Organizing and Training, gave tribute to "the people who worked with or fought with Mike who now staff high councils of the AFL, like Andy Stern of SEIU…."

Stern is one of many radical union organizers who came out of the Midwest Academy, which was formed by onetime Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) members Paul and Heather Booth to train community organizers and infiltrate the labor movement.

Probably the most well-known organizing method is Alinskyism, named after Saul Alinsky, a Chicago-born community organizer who helped set up the Back of the Yards Neighborhood Council and later the Industrial Areas Foundation in the 1930s. If anyone wondered why the unions have pressed so hard for the EFCA bill, known better as Card Check, maybe the SEIU’s status can explain a few things. The massive union has long played politics, and plans to spend as much as $85 million in the upcoming election. However, the union finds itself a little short on funding its pension funds while at the same time attacking the investment firm that handles its accounts:

The SEIU, which has pledged $85 million to Democratic campaigns this year, wants this pressure to lead to investment decisions by KKR that Mr. Stern asserts would benefit workers: reduced CEO compensation, higher rank-and-file wages, and more emphasis on environmentalism and politics, instead of profits.

Yet in 2006, the SEIU National Industry Pension Plan, a plan for the rank-and-file members, covering 100,787 workers, was 75% funded. That is, it had three-fourths of the money it needed to pay benefit obligations of workers and retirees.

In contrast, a separate fund for the union’s own employees, numbering 1,305, participants was 91% funded. Even better, the pension fund for SEIU officers and employees, which had 6,595 members, was 103% funded.

As the Sun points out, the SEIU obviously knows how to manage pension funds, as their own funds are not underfunded.

FBI Raids Home of SEIU Leader In International Terrorism Sweep

Earlier this week, the FBI raided the homes of anti-war leftists.

Now, they are raiding the homes of Obama's friends are the SEIU.

One might think it would be big news that a Chief Steward for a Local chapter of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) is being investigated by the FBI for possible connection to overseas terror networks. Apparently, though, several Chicago news outlets didn’t see a reason to add this little fact to their stories. And even if it wasn’t big news that the FBI is investigating a union member, one would think that his profession would at least make an appearance somewhere in properly formulated coverage of the story… right?

Over the weekend the FBI announced that it was investigating Joseph Iosbaker for possible connections to overseas terror groups. Iosbaker and his wife Stephanie Weiner, both anti-war activists, are suspected of activities “concerning the material support of terrorism.”

The Chicago news has been all over the demonstrations that left-wing groups have mounted in Chicago to protest the FBI’s investigation of the anti-war activists. These stories are filled with all sorts of facts, dates and names. But in a significant handful of stories one little fact seems to have escaped the notice of these hardnosed journalists. Iosbaker is an SEIU union member. And not just a rank and file member but an official.

According to the SEIU Local 73 website, Iosbaker is listed as the Local 73 Chief Steward. Iosbaker was also quite active earlier in the year protesting the closing of the Republic Windows & Doors factory that made the national news. Iosbaker was then listed as an executive board member of the SEIU.

It is interesting to note that this fact escaped most of Chicago’s TV coverage.Michelle Gallardo of ABC 7 TV seems to have forgotten to mention the union connection, CBS channel 2 also missed this fact, WGN TV channel 9 also forgot to mention the SEIU, and Channel 5 NBC also missed it, all accidentally I’m sure.

But it isn’t just TV that missed this fact. The Associated Press also seems to be blind to the fact that Iosbaker is a union operative.

My friends at the Chicago Daily Observer have helpfully offered the Old Media a spelling lesson, “SEIU, it’s spelled S-E-I-U,” they scolded.

The fact seems to be that Iosbaker is not just a little fish in the big union pond. He is at least a middle manager and local union muckity-muck. So why did so many news outlets somehow forget to mention this fact? Isn’t his status as a union operative with some station and position significant?

UPDATE - FBI investigates prominent labor leader Andy Stern

People interviewed by federal agents report the FBI and the Labor Department are investigating prominent labor leader Andy Stern as part of a corruption probe involving the Service Employees International Union.

Two organized labor officials met with federal agents this summer to answer questions about Stern's role in approving money to pay the salary of an SEIU leader in California who performed no work and a book contract that Stern landed in 2006.

Both officials spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitive nature of the investigation. The FBI and the Labor Department's office of inspector general declined to comment for the record.

Stern abruptly resigned as president of the 2.2-million member SEIU in April.

How RICO Can Be Used To Bring Down Our Two Greatest Enemies; the Left and the Islamofascists

First, let's look at how the corporation Sodexo is using RICO to fight back against the Service Employees International Union:

In a press release issued Thursday, Sodexo USA announced that the company has filed a civil lawsuit against the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) under the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act., accusing the union of engaging in an “illegal campaign of extortion.”  The lawsuit representing Sodexo is Hunton & Williams – the same firm SEIU and its allies have accused of launching a “dirty tricks” campaign against them in retaliation for their anti-Chamber of Commerce campaigns.

One of the largest food services and facilities management companies in the world, Sodexo is the provider of choice for most schools, universities, companies, hotels, prisons and other facilities that outsource their cafeteria and food catering operations, and for those that outsource industrial cleaning services.  SEIU has been incessantly battering Sodexo since 2007, in its desire to unionize some of its nearly 400,000 employees, many of them hotel and food service workers.  Exacerbating the tensions was a longstanding turf war between SEIU and UNITE HERE over hotel and casino workers, which often spilled over into SEIU’s antics prior to the settlement the warring unions reached this past summer.
Sodexo USA has filed the lawsuit in an attempt to halt the over-the-top harassment from SEIU, alleging that many of the acts are very serious and outside of the normal realm of union tactics, including acts of ” SEIU blackmail, vandalism, trespass, harassment, and lobbying law violations designed to steer business away from Sodexo USA and harm the company.” [emphasis added]
Aside from some of its usual corporate smear campaign tactics, certain organizers in the SEIU subscribed to some especially nasty, and frankly repulsive, tactics:

The complaint alleges that the SEIU, in face to face meetings, threatened Sodexo USA’s executives that it would harm Sodexo USA’s business unless they gave in to the union, and then carried out its threats through egregious behavior, including:

• throwing plastic roaches onto food being served by Sodexo USA at a high profile event;
• scaring hospital patients by insinuating that Sodexo USA food contained bugs, rat droppings, mold and flies;
• lying to interfere with Sodexo USA business and sneaking into elementary schools to avoid security;
• violating lobbying laws to steer business away from Sodexo USA, even at the risk of costing Sodexo USA employees their jobs; and
• harassing Sodexo USA employees by threatening to accuse them of wrongdoing.

 So, what precisely is RICO?

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly referred to as RICO Act or RICO) is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization.

Under RICO, a person who is a member of an enterprise that has committed any two of 35 crimes—27 federal crimes and 8 state crimes—within a 10-year period can be charged with racketeering. Those found guilty of racketeering can be fined up to $25,000 and sentenced to 20 years in prison per racketeering count. In addition, the racketeer must forfeit all ill-gotten gains and interest in any business gained through a pattern of "racketeering activity." RICO also permits a private individual harmed by the actions of such an enterprise to file a civil suit; if successful, the individual can collect treble damages.

There is also a provision for private parties to sue. A "person damaged in his business or property" can sue one or more "racketeers." The plaintiff must prove the existence of a "criminal enterprise." The defendant(s) are not the enterprise; in other words, the defendant(s) and the enterprise are not one and the same. There must be one of four specified relationships between the defendant(s) and the enterprise. A civil RICO action, like many lawsuits based on federal law, can be filed in state or federal court.[5]

Both the federal and civil components allow for the recovery of treble damages (damages in triple the amount of actual/compensatory damages).

Although its primary intent was to deal with organized crime, Blakey said that Congress never intended it to merely apply to the Mob. He once told Time, "We don't want one set of rules for people whose collars are blue or whose names end in vowels, and another set for those whose collars are white and have Ivy League diplomas."[4]

Under the law, racketeering activity means:

* Any violation of state statutes against gambling, murder, kidnapping, extortion, arson, robbery, bribery, dealing in obscene matter, or dealing in a controlled substance or listed chemical (as defined in the Controlled Substances Act);
* Any act of bribery, counterfeiting, theft, embezzlement, fraud, dealing in obscene matter, obstruction of justice, slavery, racketeering, gambling, money laundering, commission of murder-for-hire, and several other offenses covered under the Federal criminal code (Title 18);
* Embezzlement of union funds;
* Bankruptcy fraud or securities fraud;
* Drug trafficking; long-term and elaborate drug networks can also be prosecuted using the Continuing Criminal Enterprise Statute;
* Money laundering and related offenses;
* Bringing in, aiding or assisting aliens in illegally entering the country (if the action was for financial gain);
* Acts of terrorism.

In the case of Sodexo, it seems the specific charges giving rise to the use of the RICO Statute would be Extortion and Fraud (having made Fraudulent claims against Sodexo's business.

This is all great.

But, I am even more interested in seeing Prosecuting Attorneys use RICO to bring down whole swaths of Mosques in the United States. If my sources are correct, nearly 80% of the Mosques in the United States are funded, at least in part, by Saudi Arabia. So, what's the point? Why do I bring up the Saudi-funding of Mosques? What does this have to do with using RICO to prosecute Radical Islamists?

Simply this, I believe it is possible that one could show Criminal Conspiracy involving whole groups of Saudi-funded Mosques. Once again, this depends on whether one can prove that Imams and Directors of Mosques knowingly accept money gained from Organized Criminal Activity as Zakat. It would also help if one could prove that some of that Zakat was then used to promote terrorist organizations (such as the Holy Land Foundation), or for aiding or assisting aliens in illegally entering the country.

Does that sound far-fetched? Perhaps. Imams knowingly involved in Criminal Activity?

As for the second kind of unlawful wealth (i.e., wealth that was earned through unlawful means, like the sale of pork, interest earnings, or gambling) this money is only unlawful to the person who actually earned it through unlawful means. It is lawful to other parties who later come to receive it.

In other words, if the money is outright stolen, then it is not to be used. But, if it is acquired in unlawful ways, such as gambling, then it is permitted for a Mosque to accept such funds as Zakat (Islamic Charity). Islam Online does not answer the question directly. But, because the questioner asked if it was ok to use money from drug dealers, then the implication is that, indeed, it is ok to use money from Drug Dealing to build Mosques.

We know that Mosques have been caught preaching Jihad.

If a Mosque is built with drug money, and it preaches Jihad, and it receives a large portion of it's initial funding from Saudi Arabia, then it could be shown that it is part of a ring of Mosques, tied together through Saudi-funding, which constitute an Organized Criminal Enterprise.

In a decision that could reverberate across Europe, a court in Paris Tuesday convicted the French branch of the church of “organized fraud” and said it had systematically tricked recruits out of their savings.
The two flagship Scientology outposts in Paris, a bookstore and an information centre, were ordered to pay €600,000 in fines. The head of the church in France was given a two-year suspended sentence for fraud and fined €30,000.
However, the court allowed the church to keep operating in France. In May, when the trial began, prosecutors asked that it be shut down as a criminal enterprise, only to discover that the law that might have allowed its banishment had just been deleted as part of an overhaul of the penal code.

Obama's "Potemkin" Town Hall meeting in Montana

He is afraid of the American public. I received the story below by email from someone I know who claims to know the sender. As the meeting has already been described by many as a Potemkin (false front) setup, I think this just adds some very interesting and rather disturbing detail

By now you have probably heard that President Obama came to Montana last Friday. However, there are many things that the major news has not covered. I feel that since Bill and I live here and we were at the airport on Friday I should share some facts with you. Whatever you decide to do with the information is up to you. If you chose to share this email with others I do ask that you DELETE my email address before you forward this on.

On Wednesday, August 5th it was announced locally that the President would be coming here. There are many groups here that are against his healthcare and huge spending so those groups began talking and deciding on what they were going to do. The White House would not release ANY details other than the date.

On about Tuesday Bill found out that they would be holding the "Town Hall" at the airport. (This is only because Bill knows EVERYONE at the airport) Our airport is actually located outside of Belgrade (tiny town) in a very remote location. Nothing is around there. They chose to use a hangar that is the most remotely located hangar. You could not pick a more remote location, and you can not get to it easily. It is totally secluded from the public.

FYI: We have many areas in Belgrade and Bozeman which could have held a large amount of folks with sufficient parking. (gymnasiums/auditoriums). All of which have chairs and tables, and would not have to be SHIPPED IN!! $$$$$

During the week, cargo by the TONS was being shipped in constantly. Airport employees could not believe how it just kept coming. Though it was our President coming several expressed how excessive it was, especially during a recession. $$$$$

Late Tuesday/early Wednesday the 12th, they said that tickets would be handed out on Thursday 9am at two locations and the President would be arriving around 12:30 Friday.

Thursday morning about 600 tickets were passed out. However, 1500 were printed at a local printing shop per White House request. Hmmmm......900 tickets just DISAPPEARED.

This same morning someone called into the radio from the local UPS branch and said that THOUSANDS of Dollars of Lobster were shipped in for Obama. Montana has some of the best beef in the nation!!! And it would have been really wonderful to help out the local economy. Anyone heard of the Recession?? Just think...with all of the traveling the White House is doing. $$$$$ One can only imagine what else we are paying for.

On Friday Bill and I got out to the airport about 10:45am. The groups that wanted to protest Obama's spending and healthcare had gotten a permit to protest and that area was roped off. But that was not to be. A large bus carrying SEIU (Service Employees International Union) members drove up onto the area (illegal)and unloaded right there. It was quite a commotion and there were specifically 2 SEIU men trying to make trouble and start a fight. Police did get involved and arrested the one man but they said they did not have the manpower to remove the SEIU crowd.

The SEIU crowd was very organized and young. About 99% were under the age of 30 and they were not locals! They had bullhorns and PROFESSIONALLY made signs. Some even wore preprinted T-shirts. Oh, and Planned Parenthood folks were with them.....professing abortion rights with their T-s hirts and preprinted signs. (BTW, all these folks did have a permit to protest in ANOTHER area)

Those against healthcare/spending moved away from the SEIU crowd to avoid confrontation. They were orderly and respectful. Even though SEIU kept coming over and walking through, continuing to be very intimidating and aggressive at the direction of the one SEIU man.

So we had Montana folks from ALL OVER the state with their homemade signs and their DOGS with homemade signs. We had cowboys, nurses, doctors you name it. There was even a guy from Texas who had been driving through. He found out about the occasion, went to the store, made a sign, and came to protest.

If you are wondering about the press.....Well, all of the major networks were over by that remote hangar I mentioned. They were conveniently parked on the other side of the buildings FAR away. None of these crowds were even visible to them. I have my doubts that they knew anything about the crowds.

We did have some local news media around us from this state and Idaho . Speaking of the local media...they were invited. However, all questions were to be turned into the White House in advance of the event. Wouldn't want anyone to have to think off the top of their head.

It was very obvious that it was meant to be totally controlled by the White House. Everything was orchestrated down to the last detail to make it appear that Montana is just crazy for Obama and government healthcare. Even those people that talked about their insurance woes........the White House called our local HRDC (Human Resource and Development Committee) and asked for names. Then the White House asked those folks to come. Smoke and mirrors...EVERYTHING was staged!!!!!!!!!!!

I am very dismayed about what I learned about our current White House. The amount of control and manipulation was unbelievable. I felt I was not living in the United States of America , more like the USSR !! I was physically nauseous. Bill and I have been around when Presidents or Heads of State visit. It has NEVER been like this. I am truly very frightened for our country. America needs your prayers and your voices. If you care about our country please get involved. Know the issues. And let Congress hear your voices again and again!! If they are willing to put forth so much effort to BULLY a small town one can only imagine what is going on in Washington DC . Scary!!

Why Were Ken Gladney's Assailants Not Charged With Hate Crimes?

Jim Hoft reports that six people were finally charged for the beating of Ken Gladney at Russ Carnahan's August town hall by Obama's SEIU thugs, but not enough charges were filed. They hurled racist epithets at him, knocked him to the ground, and kicked him. They were only charged with misdemeanors, and only four months after the fact. If he were a leftard the NAACP, ACLU, MoveOn, etc. would be all over his case, protesting, and demanding justice. Furthermore, the thugs would have been charged on August 7th at the latest.

For the record, I'm firmly against hate crime legislation because I don't believe in criminalizing thought, however, I also believe strongly in holding all people to the same standard, be it legal, moral, ethical, academic, intellectual, or whatever. Hate crime legislation creates special, protected classes for the express purpose of furthering a leftist agenda by holding those who victimize these special, protected classes to different legal standards, thereby rendering the suffering and the lives of unprotected, un-special groups legally less valuable than those of special, protected groups.

Furthermore, every special, protected group just happens to belong to some category which the left exploits by making them believe that they are only quasi-human and therefore in need of protection. Hate crime legislation does not protect individuals; it protects guaranteed DNC voters indoctrinated with a victim mentality.

Ken Gladney loves America and sells Gadsen flags, so he is not a guaranteed DNC voter and, despite his being black and belonging to a special, protected class, his assailants are not charged with hate crimes, or crimes at all, really. Assault is a crime, not a misdemeanor, so they got away with beating him.

The St. Louis county counselor's office (not the police) charged the goons with refusing "to leave the site of an ongoing disturbance," "assaulting a person and interfering with police," and "assaulting a person and destruction of property" but they are not prosecuting the assailants for assault because the charges are mere misdemeanors, ordinance violations, actually, since the counselor's office only prosecutes misdemeanor ordinance violations.

Let me repeat that: the SEIU thugs are being charged with assault but nobody involved stands to be prosecuted for assault because the charges are misdemeanor ordinance violations. These people are felons.

This means that legally, any leftist can assault any conservative and get away with it because the left has rendered us legally subhuman. Assaulting us is a misdemeanor - so it's not assault at all - but assaulting a leftist is a felony.

This case serves to demonstrate exactly how hate crimes legislation serves to protect only those who support the leftist machine, thereby rendering the rest of us legally subhuman because those who victimize us are not punished as harshly as those who victimize leftards. It also serves to demonstrate the left's moral vacuity, bigotry, the way they use groups of people, and the way that they consistently dehumanize those who don't support their agenda. The Nazis did it. The communists did it. Mohammedans do it. Democrats do it, too. Whether we're dirty Jews, greedy kulaks, naji kafirs, niggers (like Ken Gladney, according to SEIU thugs), rapist babies, or "teabaggers," we're all fair game and they're legally immune.

If leftists regarded those who disagree with them as human they would hold those who victimize us to the same legal standard as those who victimize them. The SEIU thugs who beat up Ken Gladney would each be charged with two hate crimes: one for attacking him because of his beliefs and lifestyle, and another because any conservative who hurled racist epithets at someone immediately before beating him to the ground would be charged with a hate crime for doing so. The SEIU thugs would have been charged with multiple felonies on August 7th instead of misdemeanors on November 25th if conservatives were human under the law and if there were any justice in America.
