ABU MAZEN'S MASK SLIPS AGAIN

MERE RHETORIC:
Celebrated

$550 million in US aid including an unprecedented hundred million dollar infusion of direct aid achieved this:

The Al Kuds Mark of Honor, the PLO's highest medal, will be given to two female terrorists who helped kill Israelis, Israel Radio reported Wednesday. Ahlam Tamimi, a Hamas affiliate serving a life sentence for driving the suicide bomber who exploded himself in the Sbarro restaurant in Jerusalem, killing at least half a dozen people, including a whole family and Amra Muna, who seduced Ophir Rahum over the Internet and then lured him to Ramallah where he was murdered, will both be awarded the medal. Conferring the Al Kuds Mark of Honor is decided at the discretion of the Palestinian Authority's president, and he alone has the final say when choosing the Palestinians to be honored with the medal.
ABBAS AND FATAH ARE JUST AS BAD AS MESHAL AND HAMAS. (FATAH'S NEWSPAPER ALSO HONORED THE YESHIVA MASS-MURDERER.
  • THE USA AND THE WEST SHOULD PULL THE PLUG ON ALL AID TO ABBAS AND FATAH, JUST LIKE WE DID TO HAMAS.
  • THE "PEACE PROCESS" IS A CHARADE - ONE WHICH AIDS THE ENEMY.
  • THERE IS ONLY WAY TO ACHIEVE PEACE: VANQUISHING THE ENEMY, AND DICTATING TERMS OF SURRENDER - UNCONDITIONALLY.
  • WE FAILED TO DO THIS AGAINST SADDAM IN THE GULF WAR, AND HE CAME BACK TO BITE US.
  • WE FAILED TO DEFEAT KIM AD THE CHI-COMS IN THE KOREAN WAR, AND NORTH KOREA HAS BEEN A DESTABILIZING HORROR STORY EVER SINCE.
  • DITTO THE SO-CALLED PALESTINIANS.

"PEACE PROCESS" CHARADE CONTINUES: NYTIMES CHASTIZES HAMAS, BUT GLOSSES OVER FATAH'S VIRULENT AND PERSISTENT ANTISEMITISM

NYTIMES:
In Gaza, Hamas’s Insults to Jews Complicate Peace
By STEVEN ERLANGER

GAZA — In the Katib Wilayat mosque one recent Friday, the imam was discussing the wiliness of the Jew.

“Jews are a people who cannot be trusted,” Imam Yousif al-Zahar of Hamas told the faithful. “They have been traitors to all agreements — go back to history. Their fate is their vanishing. Look what they are doing to us.”

At Al Omari mosque, the imam cursed the Jews and the “Crusaders,” or Christians, and the Danes, for reprinting cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad. He referred to Jews as “the brothers of apes and pigs,” while the Hamas television station, Al Aksa, praises suicide bombing and holy war until Palestine is free of Jewish control.

Its videos praise fighters and rocket-launching teams; its broadcasts insult the Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, for talking to Israel and the United States; its children’s programs praise “martyrdom,” teach what it calls the perfidy of the Jews and the need to end Israeli occupation over Palestinian land, meaning any part of the state of Israel.

Such incitement against Israel and Jews was supposed to be banned under the 1993 Oslo accords and the 2003 “road map” peace plan. While the Palestinian Authority under Fatah has made significant, if imperfect efforts to end incitement, Hamas, no party to those agreements, feels no such restraint.
YOU CAN'T BE A LITTLE PREGNANT, AND FATAH AND ABBAS ARE NO BETTER THAN HAMAS:
PA celebrates "wedding" of murderer of Yeshiva students
by Itamar Marcus and Barbara Crook, Mar 17, 2008

The official Palestinian Authority daily newspaper describes the murderer of eight yeshiva students in Jerusalem as a "groom" and his burial as his "wedding celebration."

The story in Mahmoud Abbas's Al Hayat Al Jadida goes on to evoke the neighborhood Jabal Mukaber's "week of anticipation... preparing themselves for the wedding procession."

The term "wedding" is the expression commonly used in PA society, and in PA schoolbooks as well, to describe the death of Shahids - Martyrs for Allah. According to Islamic tradition, they will wed the 72 Dark- Eyed Maidens (Virgins) of Paradise.

The article then reports the "shocking news" for the "thousands who were waiting" that the Israeli Army had decided to force a pre-dawn burial to prevent community celebrations of the murders and the murderer. It bemoans the fact "that the groom was buried in the [early] morning without a celebration and without a wedding procession."

However, the PA daily vows that the wedding celebrations will continue:

"The wedding will not end this way... it will last three consecutive days in which [the town] al-Sawahra will welcome all of those who come to congratulate the groom and will hang his portrait embracing the nation's flags."

Seeing the Martyr's death as a wedding can be found throughout Palestinian society. Some examples:

New Palestinian Schoolbook:

"... I will not cry during this wedding, as our Arabness does not want us to cry over the Shahids."
[Arabic Language and the Science of Language, grade 12, p. 13 (2006)]
THIS PROVES THAT THE NYTIMES IS WRONG. AND WRONG TO MINIMIZE THIS ISSUE.
  • SADLY, BUSH AND RICE ARE PARTICIPATING WITH THE NYTIMES IN THIS DEADLY CHARADE.
  • PRETENDING ABBAS IS BETTER WILL ONLY LEAD TO MORE BLOODSHED.
  • IGNORING ALL THE PRINCIPLES OF THE ROADMAP CANNOT LEAD TO PEACE.

HAMAS CHIEF ADMITS THAT THE TERM "PALESTINIAN PEOPLE" IS FRAUDULENT

#3 HAMAS LEADER, MAHMOUD ZAHAR TO THE ECONOMIST - (VIA MATSAV - VIA BOKER TOV):

“We [Palestinians] were never an independent state in history,” he notes. “We were part of an Arab state and an Islamic state.”
  • THEY DON'T WANT A RETURN TO 1967 BORDERS.
  • THEY WANT THE ERADICATION OF ISRAEL.
  • AN THEY WANT IT REPLACED BY A RADICAL ISLAMO-FASCIST, JIHADO-TERRORIST STATE.
  • IN A PLACE WHERE THERE WAS NEVER EVER AN INDEPENDENT ARAB STATE.
  • ISRAEL CANNOT POSSIBLY MAKE PEACE WITH THEM.
  • AND ISRAEL SHOULDN'T BE EXPECTED TO.
  • AND ISRAEL ISN'T - THANKS TO WITHDRAWAL FROM GAZA.
WATCH THIS ANIMATED SLIDE SHOW FOR THE COMPLETE GEO-POLITICAL HISTORY OF THE HOLY LAND.

IT PROVES WHAT ZIONISTS AND ZAHAR HAVE ALWAYS SAID: AN ARAB PEOPLE CALLED PALESTINIAN AND AN ARAB NATION OF PALESTINE ARE FRAUDS.

And a "peace process" based on that fraud will never succeed.

The Folly and Peril of Bush's Policy of Appeasing of Palestinian Jihadoterror

JEFF JACOBY/BOSTON GLOBE:
THE Bush Doctrine - born on Sept. 20, 2001, when President Bush bluntly warned the sponsors of violent jihad: "You are either with us, or you are with the terrorists" - is dead. Its demise was announced by Condoleezza Rice last Friday.

The secretary of state was speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One en route with the president to Kuwait from Israel. She was explaining why the administration had abandoned the most fundamental condition of its support for Palestinian statehood - an end to Palestinian terror.

Rice's explanation, recounted here by The Washington Times, was as striking for its candor as for its moral blindness:

"The 'road map' for peace, conceived in 2002 by Mr. Bush, had become a hindrance to the peace process, because the first requirement was that the Palestinians stop terrorist attacks.

As a result, every time there was a terrorist bombing, the peace process fell apart and went back to square one. Neither side ever began discussing the 'core issues': the freezing of Israeli settlements in the West Bank, the right of Palestinian refugees to return, the outline of Israel's border, and the future of Jerusalem.

"The reason that we haven't really been able to move forward on the peace process for a number of years is that we were stuck in the sequentiality of the road map. So you had to do the first phase of the road map before you moved on to the third phase of the road map, which was the actual negotiations of final status," Rice said.

. . . What the US-hosted November peace summit in Annapolis did was... "break that tight sequentiality. . . . You don't want people to get hung up on settlement activity or the fact that the Palestinians haven't fully been able to deal with the terrorist infrastructure. . ."
Thus the president who once insisted that a "Palestinian state will never be created by terror" now insists that a Palestinian state be created regardless of terror.

... Whatever happened to the moral clarity that informed the president's worldview in the wake of 9/11? Whatever happened to the conviction that was at the core of the Bush Doctrine: that terrorists must be anathematized and defeated, and the fever-swamps that breed them drained and detoxified?

Bush's support for the creation of a Palestinian state was always misguided - rarely has a society shown itself less suited for sovereignty ...

... If the Bush Doctrine - "with us or with the terrorists" - were still in force, the peace process would be shelved. The administration would be treating the Palestinians as pariahs, allowing them no assistance of any kind, much less movement toward statehood, so long as their encouragement of terrorism persisted.

But it is the Bush Doctrine that has been shelved. In its hunger for Arab support against Iran - and perhaps in a quest for a historic "legacy" - the administration has dropped "with us or with the terrorists." It is hellbent instead on bestowing statehood upon a regime that stands unequivocally with the terrorists.

... When George W. Bush succeeded Bill Clinton, he was determined not to replicate his predecessor's blunders in the Middle East, a determination that intensified after 9/11. Yet now he too has succumbed to the messianism that leads US presidents to imagine they can resolve the Arab-Israeli conflict. Clinton's legacy in this arena was the second intifada, which drenched the region in blood.

To what fresh hell will Bush's diplomacy lead?

  • IT CANNOT LEAD TO PEACE.
  • APPEASEMENT NEVER DOES - NOT FOR LONG.
  • PEACE IS A BY-PRODUCT OF VICTORY.
  • THE ARABISTS OF THE STATE DEPARTMENT AND THE EU, THE ANTI-SEMITIC "REALISTS" OF THE JAMES BAKER CAMP HAVE "WON" THE DAY.
  • ONLY THOSE WHO THINK IF CEDING EASTERN EUROPE TO STALIN WAS SMART CAN BACK BUSH'S CURRENT POLICY.
  • WHEN FATAH CHANGES THEIR EMBLEM AND STOPS SUPPORTING TERROR THERE WILL BE PEACE AND A PARTNER FOR PEACE, NOT BEFORE.
  • AND THAT WILL ONLY HAPPEN AFTER THEY ARE SMASHED.
  • REPEAT: "the president who once insisted that a "Palestinian state will never be created by terror" now insists that a Palestinian state be created regardless of terror."
  • THIS IS FOLLY.
AND THIS FOLLY PUTS US ALL IN GREATER PERIL BECAUSE IT SENDS THE MESSAGE THAT TERROR WORKS.

THAT BUSH IS DOING THIS PROVES THAT DUBYA STANDS FOR WIMP.

OLMERT COALITION ON VERY SHAKY GROUND - MAJOR CRACK IN COALITION MAY APPEAR ON WEDNESDAY

HAARETZ:
Opposition chairman Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday urged Shas and Yisrael Beiteinu [TWO PARTIES IN THE OLMERT COALITION] to leave the government in wake of the first meeting between Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni and Chief Palestinian negotiator Ahmed Qureia over the core issues.

"Until now, Olmert made tactical concessions, but from today they are strategic and crucial to the future of Israel," said Netanyahu. "The first concession will be realized today, now that negotiations over a permanent settlement have begun, and the cessation of terror has been dropped as a preliminary requirement for entering negotiations.

We know that they will relinquish half of Jerusalem and that we will withdraw to the 1967 lines, leaving them indefensible. All of this places a heavy responsibility on Lieberman and Shas.

They are our friends, and they see the dangers as clearly as we do, and are aware of their implications. We expect them to draw the correct conclusions and stop this process now."

Lieberman on Monday called the beginning of the negotiations a "Casus Beli." He said that all of Olmert's recent moves and statements, including the ones over the evacuation of outposts and the release of Palestinian prisoners, "are not good as far as Yisrael Beiteinu is concerned."

... Strategic Affairs Minister Avigdor Lieberman is preparing to resign from the government, sources from his party said on Monday.

According to the sources, Lieberman, who also serves as Vice Premier and chair of Yisrael Beiteinu, will hold a press conference on Wednesday to announce his decision.

... Olmert's government would still command 67 of the Knesset's 120 seats even if Yisrael Beiteinu's 11 lawmakers were to leave. But the ultra-Orthodox Shas party, which has 12 lawmakers, has also threatened to leave the coalition if Jerusalem comes up for discussion, something that would deprive Olmert of a parliamentary majority.
  • THIS WOULD SPELL THE BEGINNING OF THE END FOR THE DISASTROUS OLMERT REGIME.
  • BIBI WOULD WIN THE NEXT ELECTION AND PROTECT ISRAEL FROM OLMERT, THE LEFT - AND BUSH'S DESIRE TO HAVE A LEGACY AT THE EXPENSE OF ISRAEL'S SECURITY AND SANCTITY.

I HOPE BOTH PARTIES LEAVE THE OLMERT REGIME ASAP.

KOREA SEEMS LIKE THE MODEL OF WHAT BUSH ENVISIONS FOR GAZA AND THE WEST BANK

BUSH (VIA POWER LINE):
... the past has just been empty words, you know. We -- actually it hasn't been that much -- I'm the only President that's really articulated a two-state solution so far -- but saying two states really doesn't have much bearing until borders are defined, right of return issues resolved, Jerusalem is understood, security measures -- the common security measures will be in place. That's what I'm talking about. I'm talking about a clear, defined state around which people can rally.

And there's going to be -- there will be no better difference, a clear difference, than the vision of Hamas in Gaza and the vision of the President and the Prime Minister and his team based here in Ramallah. And to me, that's how you solve the issue in the long-term.

WHAT CAUGHT MY EYE WAS THIS:
And there's going to be -- there will be no better difference, a clear difference, than the vision of Hamas in Gaza and the vision of the President and the Prime Minister and his team based here in Ramallah

LIKE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NORTH KOREA AND SOUTH KOREA.

BUT....

  • NORTH KOREA HAS LIVED FOR 60 YEARS UNDER A HORRIFIC SOCIALIST TYRANNY AND UNDER AWFUL THE POVERTY WHICH THAT TYRANNY CREATES.
  • THERE IS NO SIGN THAT THE REGIME COLLAPSING - EVEN THOUGH MILLIONS STARVE TO DEATH.
  • EVEN THOUGH EVERYONE IN THE WORLD CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN KOREANS UNDER ONE SYSTEM AND KOREANS UNDER THE OTHER SYSTEM, NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

  • SEEMS TO ME THAT BUSH IS SAYING THAT THREE OR FOUR MORE GENERATIONS OF NORTH KOREANS AND GAZANS MUST WITHER UNDER THE YOLK OF TYRANNY. TYRANNIES WHICH THREATEN THEIR NEIGHBORS.

SAD.

WE SHOULD CONFRONT THEM AND TOPPLE THEM - NORTH KOREA AND GAZA/HAMAS - THE WAY REAGAN DID THE USSR.

THAT WOULD BE THE RIGHT THING TO DO.

BUSH DRINKS THE "LEGACY KOOL AID" IN RAMALLAH: BELIEVES THERE WILL BE PEACE DEAL BY END OF YEAR

HAARETZ:
Bush: I believe we will reach peace deal in 2008

By Aluf Benn and Barak Ravid, Haaretz Correspondents, The Associated Press and Haaretz Service

U.S. President George W. Bush said Thursday that he is confident that the Israelis and the Palestinians will reach a peace deal in 2008.

Bush was speaking in Ramallah after meeting with Palestinan President Mahmoud Abbas. The U.S. president is on a three-day visit to Israel and the West Bank to show support for renewed Israeli-Palestinian peace talks.

  • HE'S NUTS. HE'S DRINKING WHAT CONDI DRANK.
  • BUT IT'S WORSE THAN THAT: THIS ATTITUDE IS WHAT LED CLINTON AND BARAK TO MAKE A DANGEROUS OFFER TO ARAFAT IN 2000.
  • AND BARAK WAS STRONGER AND SMARTER THAN OLMERT.
  • THERE'S NO CHANCE OF MAKING A DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE; WE HAVE A GREATER CHANCE OF MAKING PEACE WITH IRAN -- SO WHY DON'T BUSH AND CONDI GO TO TEHRAN!?
I WISH THIS WAS POSSIBLE, BUT UNTIL FATAH CHANGES - AND HAMAS AND HIZBALLAH AND SYRIA AND IRAN TAMED - THERE WILL BE NO PEACE DEAL AND MORE IMPORTANTLY: THERE WILL BE NO PEACE.

MORE HERE.

JERUSALEM CAN BE DIVIDED ONLY AFTER A MAJORITY IN THE KNESSET APPROVE A NEW "BASIC LAW"

DETAILS OF THE BASIC LAW HERE AND HOW IT APPLIES. EXCERPT:
Clauses 5 and 6 of one of Israel's cardinal laws - Basic Law:

Jerusalem, Capital of Israel - mean that Jerusalem's status as the united and sole capital of Israel may not be compromised.

The first clause of the law in question, passed in 1980 under Prime Minister Menachem Begin and President Yitzchak Navon, states,

"Jerusalem, whole and united, is the capital of Israel."

Clause 5 stipulates the precise area of Jerusalem, while Clause 6 states, "No authorities relating to the area of Jerusalem and that is in the legal purview of the State of Israel or the Municipality of Jerusalem shall be transferred to any foreign political or governmental element, whether permanently or for a set period."

Clause 7 states that Clauses and 5 and 6 may not be changed except if another Basic Law is accepted by the majority of the Knesset.
YES: OLMERT IS BREAKING THE LAW BY NEGOTIATING WITH FATAH REGARDING DIVIDIING JERUSALEM.

HAMAS SEEKS HUDNA

NYTIMES/AP:
Gaza's embattled Hamas leaders are seeking a cease-fire after months of Israeli attacks and sanctions, going so far as to make an unprecedented appeal through the Israeli media, a Hamas official confirmed Wednesday.

The overture, which the Hamas leader made Tuesday through an Israeli reporter, followed an especially bloody day in which the Israeli air force killed 12 militants, including a top commander.

Despite calls for a cease-fire within his Cabinet, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert pledged to continue targeting the leaders of militant groups who fire rockets into southern Israel almost daily.

Ismail Haniyeh, leader of the Hamas government in Gaza, reached out to Israel through a reporter for Israel's Channel 2 TV, said Hamas government spokesman Taher Nunu.

Haniyeh spoke of a truce in his phone conversation with Suleiman al-Shafi and said Israel must halt its offensive in Gaza for the cycle of violence to end, Nunu said.

''The occupation should stop its attacks and siege,'' Nunu said. ''Then a truce would be possible, and not unlikely.'' [DID NOT REFER TO ISRAEL AS "ISRAEL".]

... Islamic Jihad spokesman Abu Hamza said Hamas had not approached his group about a cease-fire.

''This is not a time for truce,'' he told the AP. ''We have to inflict revenge upon this criminal enemy.''

Israel has launched peace talks with the moderate Palestinian president, while sealing Gaza's borders. Abbas has refused to speak to Hamas until it reverses the takeover.

IF HAMAS CAN'T EVEN SAY THE WORD "ISRAEL", THEN THE OVERTURE IS MEANINGLESS:

  • THEY ONLY WANT A HUDNA BECAUSE HEY ARE CLOSE TO DEFEAT.

  • WE MUSTN'T LET THEM OFF THE HOOK.

  • WE LET HIZBALLAH OFF THE HOOK IN 2006.

  • THAT WAS A MISTAKE.

WE WILL ONLY ACHIEVE PEACE WHEN WE DEFEAT THE ENEMY, NOT WHEN WE GRANT THEM RESPITE SO THEY CAN RE-GROUP AND TO ATTACK US ANOTHER DAY.

ANNAPOLIS IS DOA: "Abbas reiterates refusal to recognize Jewish state"

AP: Abbas reiterates refusal to recognize Jewish state
Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas reiterated his refusal on Saturday to recognize Israel as a Jewish state, Israel Radio reported.

"Historically, there are two states - Israel and Palestinian. Israel has Jews and other people, and this we are ready to recognize, but nothing else," the radio quoted Abbas as saying shortly after he landed in Saudi Arabia after brief stops in Egypt and Jordan.
  • IF ABBAS CAN'T DO THIS, THEN THERE CAN BE NO DEAL. EVEN OLMERT WON'T MAKE A DEAL.

  • SO WHAT'S NEXT? ANNEXATION + EXPULSION? NO. GIVING THE WEST BANK TO JORDAN? NOT LIKELY.

  • I THINK THE NEXT AND NECESSARY STEPS ARE FOR ASSAD TO BE TOPPLED.
  • THEN NASRALLAH'S THUGS NEUTERED.
  • AND IRAN'S MULLAHCRACY ERASED.
PEACE THROUGH VICTORY.

"RACAILLE" RIOTS IN PARIS, TOULOUSE, GAZA AND THE WEST BANK

WHAT DO THESE FOUR EVENTS HAVE IN COMMON?

NYTIMES:
A Palestinian man was killed in the West Bank city of Hebron on Tuesday as Palestinian Authority police officers loyal to President Mahmoud Abbas fired their weapons to disperse protests against the Middle East peace gathering taking place in Annapolis, Md.

Palestinians protested this week's Middle East peace conference on Tuesday in Gaza.

In Gaza, which is controlled by the Islamic group Hamas, huge crowds estimated at over 100,000 came out to protest the Annapolis meeting.
NYTIMES:
Police and Protesters Clash Near Paris

Dodging rocks and projectiles, the police lined the streets of this tense suburb Tuesday where angry youths have vowed to seek revenge for the deaths of two teenagers who died in a weekend collision with a police car.

The Louis Jouvet library was torched.

Municipality workers stood near a burnt police car two days after the death of two youths in a motorbike accident with a police car in a suburb of Paris.

Police union officials warned that the violence was escalating into urban guerrilla warfare, with shotguns aimed at officers — a rare sight in the last major outbreak of suburban unrest, in 2005.

More than 80 have been injured so far — four of them as a result of gunfire — and the rage was still simmering Tuesday afternoon. Inside the city hall of Villiers-le-Bel, a group of visiting mayors appealed for calm while police officers dodged rocks outside.

“We are sitting targets,” said Sophie Bar, a local police officer who stood guard outside. “They were throwing rocks at us and it was impossible to see where they came from. They just came raining over the roof.”
BBC:
Second French city hit by unrest

Riot police in Villiers-le-Bel, 27 November 2007 At least 10 cars have been burned and a fire broke out at a library in Toulouse, southern France, following consecutive nights of rioting in Paris.

There was also more violence in the capital as youths set cars on fire in the suburb of Villiers-le-Bel, the Associated Press news agency reports.

Violence broke out there on Sunday after two teenagers died when their motorbike collided with a police car.

Police reinforcements had been deployed in the suburb to counter further riots.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy has summoned senior ministers for an emergency security meeting on Wednesday, after he returns from a trip to China.

More than 80 police officers were injured, four of them seriously, in the second night of clashes in Villiers-le-Bel on Monday.

Police say some officers suffered bullet wounds, while others were hurt by stones, fireworks and petrol bombs.
THERE IS ONE THING THESE FOUR EVENTS HAVE IN COMMON:

THEY ARE PERPETRATED BY JIHADO-THUGS - OR RACAILLE - THAT'S THE TERM SARKOZY USED DURING THE LAST FRENCH INTIFADA.

IT MEANS "SCUM." AND IT'S AN ACCURATE TERM.

LET'S GO TO THE VIDEOTAPE:

  • WE CAN PLAY WHACK-A-MOLE WITH THE THUGS WHO PULL THIS KIND OF CRAP, BUT THAT'LL GO ON A LONG LONG TIME.

  • OR WE CAN GET MORE AGGRESSIVE AGAINST JIHADISM: THOSE WHO PREACH IT IN MOSQUES AND MADRASSAS IN THE WEST SHOULD BE TRIED AND CONVICTED FOR SEDITION AND EITHER JAILED, EXECUTED OR DEPORTED.

  • THESE KIND OF THUGS IN GAZA AND THE WEST BANK DON'T WANT PEACE WITH ISRAEL. IT IS WRONG TO TWIST ISRAEL'S ARM TO MAKE THEM GIVE INTO THIS THUGGERY.

ISRAEL SHOULD NO MORE HANDOVER ANY MORE LAND TO THESE THUGS THAN SARKOZY HAND HIS RACAILLE A FEW PARIS BANLIEUE'S OR ARRONDISEMENTS.

  • OR MUSHARRAF HANDOVER SWAT AND WAZIRISTAN. OR THE USA - ANBAR, OR ALL OF IRAQ.

  • IN FACT, MUSHARRAF'S MISSTEPS - LIKE ISRAEL'S EVACUATION OF GAZA - PROVE THAT WHEN YOU GIVE INTO THESE THUGS, IT ONLY ENCOURAGES MORE THUGGERY.

AND FINALLY LET'S ALL AGREE THAT "LAND FOR PEACE" IS A TOTAL FREAKIN' MISNOMER.

IT SHOULD BE CALLED EITHER "LAND FOR RIOTERS", "LAND FOR RACAILLE," OR "LAND FOR JIAHDO-THUGS."

THESE ACCURATE TERMS EXPOSE THIS BASIC POLICY FOR WHAT IT REALLY IS: SURRENDER. TO SCUM.

WHAT SHALL THE DESECRATERS OF JOSEPH'S TOMB, AND BETHLEHEM'S CHURCH OF THE NATIVITY DO TO JERUSALEM?

HERE'S WHAT THEY DID TO JOSEPH'S TOMB (PUNDITARIAN):
First, a photograph (taken about 100 years ago) of the tomb of the Patriarch Joseph.

It was a forlorn and solitary stone structure in the middle of a desert. No life, no activity, no development. Just like most of the Land of Israel at that time.

But then the Jews, the descendants of Joseph and his brothers, the descendants of the former slaves who fled Egypt with their ancestor Joseph's mummified body in its Egyptian sarcophagus, descendants of the former slaves who had carried it in the desert for 40 years so that they could bury him near his beloved birthplace, came to return to their Land.

The Tomb of Joseph was cleaned up, and the area came back to life. For the Land and the People are One.

The Tomb of Joseph became a center of life and learning.

But the Government of Israel abandoned the Tomb of Joseph in October, 2000, to appease the Arabs in the midst of their genocidal intifada.

The Arabs responded by burning and sacking the Tomb.

They desecrated the holy place.

They painted it green to turn it into a mosque.

That is what they want to do to the entire Land of Israel; drive out the Jews, destroy all of the life and development that the Jews have created in what was a forlorn desert, and return the land to the savage brutality they have brought about in Gaza. They no longer deny it. Abbas says he wants ALL of Jerusalem, including Herod the Great's Western Wall.

And that would only whet their appetite for Al-Andalus and the rest of the West.
MORE ON THIS DESECRATION HERE.

HERE'S WHAT THEY DID TO BETHLEHEM'S CHURCH OF THE NATIVITY:
The Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem reeked of urine and was strewn with dirty pots and pans, leftover food and mattresses Friday afternoon, but emerged with little permanent damage as the 39-day siege ended with Israel pulling its forces out of the city.

Journalists touring the basilica, one of Christianity's holiest shrines, saw two wooden altars in the Armenian section and a marble baptismal covered with leftover food and dirty dishes.

The stone floor was strewn with dirty blankets and mattresses, lighters, sunglasses, a toothpaste tube, a bottle of aftershave, plastic bags, cigarette butts, a comb and large cooking pots. A stove and gas canisters for cooking stood to one side of the central aisle.

Those inside the church had complained the Israelis occasionally cut the water supply and that water was scarce during the siege. There were no toilets inside the basilica and to get to facilities elsewhere required crossing an open courtyard, with the risk of Israeli sniper-fire.

The panes of several arched windows near the ceiling were broken, but there appeared to be no other damage. A 12th-century mosaic near the ceiling, which one priest had said was hit by bullets, appeared in good condition. A Franciscan study hall next to the church was gutted by fire — Israel and the Palestinians accused each other of sparking the flames — and a statue of the Virgin Mary was hit by a bullet.
MORE ON THIS HERE.

  • THE MUSLIM PALESTINIANS HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR JUDEO-CHRISTIANS OR OUR SHRINES.

  • THEY HAVE DEMONSTRATED THAT THEY ARE NOT WORTHY CARE-TAKERS.

  • THEY MUST NOT BE GIVEN AN INCH OF JERUSALEM.

OR HOW ABOUT THIS DEAL: WE GIVE THEM A SQUARE MILE FOR EACH TIME JERUSALEM IS MENTIONED IN THE KORAN.

WHICH IS ZERO.

CAN ANNAPOLIS SUCCEED? NOT LIKELY. HERE'S WHY...

EU REFERENDUM HAS A POST ON A RECENT APPEARANCE BY RICHARD PERLE ON THE STATE OF AFFAIRS ON THE MIDDLE EAST. HERE IS AN EXCERPT:

The problem between Israelis and Palestinians goes beyond the diplomatic discussions that are likely to take place at Annapolis. It is not about land or the number of people who might or might not be allowed to “return”. (By the way, nobody is asking this but are we to assume that if right of return becomes part of the deal, the 800,000 Jews who were forced out of the Arab countries where they had lived for a couple of millennia and their descendants will be allowed to return and their land and property will be restored to them? No? Really?)

The real problem goes further into the psyche of the Palestinians and many of their Arab supporters (though none of the latter are prepared to fight for them, which is just as well). We need to look at the indoctrination that is carried out in Gaza, in the West Bank and in many of the Arab states; the songs of hatred children are taught to sing; the miniature suicide bombers’ vests that they are given.

Mr Perle did not quote Golda Meir but it is pertinent to recall what that indomitable old lady said: “There will be no peace in the Middle East until the Palestinians learn to love their children more than they hate Jews.” There will be no peace in the Middle East until the Palestinians will stop thinking that their children are to be sacrificed to the great Moloch of the Palestinian leadership. And there will be no peace until the Palestinians will understand reality and start thinking about genuine negotiations; not until they stop seeing themselves as the eternal victims.

These are the issues that the negotiators at Annapolis must address but will they? On past performance, one would say that is unlikely. So the answer to the question, is the Middle East ready for peace, has to be no, not for a long time.

I AGREE.

  • THE CORE BELIEFS OF THE PALESTINIANS ARE ANTITHETICAL TO PEACE.

  • IF PEACE TALKS, A PEACE PROCESS, AND PEACE TREATIES MADE PEACE THEN THE MIDDLE EAST WOULD BE THE MOST PEACEFUL PLACE ON EARTH.

  • THE ENTIRE WORLD WOULD BE BETTER OFF IF BUSH AND CONDI AND GATES AND KHALILZAD WOULD SPEND THEIR ENERGY AND TIME ON GETTING THE IRAQI GOVERNMENT TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT ON ALL OUTSTANDING ISSUES.

WAQF AND FORMER MUFTI/CURRENT ADVISOR TO ABBAS'S FATAH: "THERE WAS NEVER ANY JEWISH TEMPLE ON THE MOUNT"

ONE JERUSALEM:
On the day that archaeologists announced discovering on the Temple Mount fragments of table vessels and animal bones dating back to Solomon's Temple in the eight century B.C.E. -- the former Mufti of Jerusalem and Fatah's adviser on Jerusalem declared "There was never a Jewish Temple on al-Aqsa (The Temple Mount) and there is no proof that there ever was a temple. Because Allah is fair, he would not agree to make al-Aqsa if there were a temple there for others before hand."

He went on to comment on the Western or Wailing Wall. He said, "The wall is not part of the Jewish temple. It is just the western wall of the mosque. There is not a single stone with any relation at all to the history of the Hebrews."

These sentiments were echoed by a Waqf (Muslim Religious Authority) archaeologist.

These are the current opinions of the Muslims Israel is going to "negotiate" with at Annapolis. They do not recognize the existence of Jewish history in Jerusalem, and President Abbas agrees with them.

The Bush Administration and the Olmert government are legitimizing these people by talking to them.

Stop this madness.

Statistically, Palestinians Not So Much With the Peace Thing [Video]

First Mort Zuckerman is forced to take the McLaughlin Group to school on the broad support that Hamas has throughout the West Bank (hey, lets give Fatah some weapons! Hams will be able to use them...) Then there's Richma'ns more rigorous and robust discussion of Palestinian intransigence, part of his brutal dismantling of Carter in the American Thinker:
The conventional wisdom is that the Palestinians made a tragic mistake in rejecting Clinton's proposal... But the Truman Institute poll shows that -- six years after a new intifada devastated their economy, led them into the moral abyss of relentless mass-murder bombing, discredited the peace camp in Israel, and made it highly unlikely the Clinton proposal will ever be offered again - the majority of Palestinians still reject a peace agreement even on those grounds. How did Carter make his 81% mistake? By seriously mis-reading a different portion of the poll.
Also see the admittedly unscientific Palestinian opinion poll that Elder of Ziyon picked up. We think Richamn is being a touch too generous here - it's not a "serious misreading", it's the "willful obtuseness of a possible anti-Semite". But he's all about that "not jumping to conclusions" and "being reasonable" and "not slandering and smearing people" thing.
