MICHELLE OBAMA IS A MISERABLE FAILURE: BBC US obesity rates 'rising for first time since 2004'

From Michelle Obama's central initiative: "Let's move":
America's Move to Raise A Healthier Generation of Kids
"In the end, as First Lady, this isn’t just a policy issue for me. This is a passion. This is my mission. I am determined to work with folks across this country to change the way a generation of kids thinks about food and nutrition."
- First Lady Michelle Obama
Let’s Move! is a comprehensive initiative, launched by the First Lady, dedicated to solving the problem of obesity within a generation, so that children born today will grow up healthier and able to pursue their dreams. Sure, this is an ambitious goal. But with your help, we can do it.
LIKE ALL SOCIALIST SCHEMES: IT'S NOT WORKING:

BBC:
Obesity rates are rising again among American adults, despite national efforts to promote healthy lifestyles. Rates of obesity had been climbing dramatically since the 1980s but started levelling off in about 2004. This latest study means they are rising again - to nearly 38% in 2013-14, up from about 32% a decade ago. The numbers come from a new report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, using a national survey of about 5,000 people.

Michelle Obama is trying to lower obesity rates in children, so you reference a study that says obesity rates are rising in adults and say she failed. You use that word but I don't think it means what you think it means...

The problem of childhood obesity in the United States has grown considerably in recent years. Between 16 and 33 percent of children and adolescents are obese.

The percentage of children aged 6–11 years in the United States who were obese increased from 7% in 1980 to nearly 18% in 2012. Similarly, the percentage of adolescents aged 12–19 years who were obese increased from 5% to nearly 21% over the same period.1, 2
