Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin Dempsey testified Tuesday that he has never seen a more precarious global security environment than the one United States faces today. “I’ve said before that the global security environment is as uncertain as I’ve ever seen it,” Dempsey told the Senate Armed Services Committee. “The world is rapidly changing everywhere, and we’re seeing significant shifts in an already complex strategic landscape.” Dempsey made this admission during testimony about the United States’ war of attrition against the Islamic State (IS, also known as ISIS or ISIL), but the security threats he described spanned the globe.
“ISIL is one of many concerns,” Dempsey said. “As the chairman mentioned we’re contending with Russia’s revanchism in Ukraine, China’s operations in the South China Sea, Iran’s malign activities in the Middle East, technical advancements by North Korea, rising aggression of non-state networks, and a rapidly leveling playing field in cyber and in space.”
Dempsey said these challenges, taken together, contribute to a “uniquely complicated” threat environment. “What makes this uniquely complicated is that these trends are manifesting themselves simultaneously,” Dempsey said.
Dempsey also testified that U.S. allies are growing weaker relative our adversaries.

The US Army is to reduce the size of its force by 40,000 soldiers over the next two years, according to US media. The cost-cutting exercise will also see an additional 17,000 civilian employees cut from the army. The plan, which could be officially announced later this week, would see the US troop level drop to about 450,000 soldiers by the end of 2017.

The CEO of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave is an elected officer subject to the Court of State and a participant in acts of service supporting enactments of Govermental Law of the people. The Position is one of a person which is the subject of temptations to sin - convictions for sin. aside from blessings to serve - and being treasured for good service. Where the CEO does not act in step with governmental accords ...An unlawful offense occurs..even at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave -- When reports are stated by the people of Government... unto the Court of State ..A line of governmental seperation from the CEO is set for subsequent prosecution by the court of the elected person. A petition is filed by order of endorsement from the government. You cannot be an effective CEO when you are offending the government in violation of enacted Govermental Law. The court of stately judges have the accursed role of being the Judges which both tempt and impeach thier own Judges since the government is to remain seperate from the offenses of the court of thier state.... whilst The Government serves the the blessings of government upon the servers of governmental blessings. Essentially The government say's to the Court of state ---"take back your commander".. they were not here to do much other than to divide us from our place as government..servants.
