1) Let us note President Pansy-Pants has decided that it is in his purview to decide which guns are "weapons of war" and which are not. According to Barack Obama, it is not Congress' decision, the People's decision, nor, Lord knows, it is not the decision of the Bill of Rights. No, it is Obama's decision.
2) Weapons of War do belong in the hands of the people. The 2nd Amendment articulates our God-given Right to defend ourselves, as citizens, against the forces of tyranny, even if that tyranny be our own government at some point in the future. LIKE NOW, for instance.
That means the People must be armed for war.
Lost in all this back and forth of the past month or so is that it is not the right of the government to be better-armed in the streets of America
The Government does not have the right to do this to the People:
IT IS NOT THE RIGHT OF GOVERNMENT
TO BE BETTER-ARMED
IN THE STREETS OF AMERICA
THAN THE PEOPLE,
WHO RULE AMERICA.
WE OWN THE GOVERNMENT.
THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT OWN US.
