THEY WERE ACTING TO SAVE THE WEST FROM ISLAMO-TERRORISM, AND THIS IS WHAT THEY GET?
BBC: Italy's former intelligence chief Nicolo Pollari has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for his role in the rendition of a terror suspect. The court in Milan also sentenced his former deputy Marco Mancini to nine years in jail over the 2003 kidnapping. Italy's courts have already convicted in absentia 22 CIA agents over the same case. The abducted Egyptian cleric said he was flown to Egypt and tortured.
THEY SHOULD GET MEDALS!
ISLAMO-TERRORISM AND GLOBAL JIHAD IS VERY REAL.
WE HAVE TO FIGHT BACK - AND, IF WE WANT TO WIN, THEN WE SHOULD USE EVERY WEAPON WE HAVE... INCLUDING RENDITION.
NOTE:
THIS STORY OUT OF SE ASIA - FROM TODAY'S HEADLINES - FURTHER PROVES THE VERY REAL GLOBAL THREAT CIVILIZED PEOPLES FACE:
Thailand's military says its troops have killed 16 militants who stormed a base in the violence-hit south of the country. The attack took place before dawn on Wednesday in Narathiwat province, near the border with Malaysia. No military casualties were reported in the attack, which the Thai army said had involved dozens of militants. Thailand's three southernmost provinces have been plagued by unrest in recent years. More than 5,000 people have been killed since a decades-old separatist campaign reignited in the Muslim-majority region in 2004.MORE KILLED HAVE BEEN KILLED THERE BY ISLAMO-TERRORISTS THAN THE IDF HAS KILLED IN THE ISRAELI-ARAB CONFLICT OVER THE SAME PERIOD.
IF WE TIE THE HANDS OF OUR SENIOR DEFENSE AND INTELLIGENCE OFFICIALS -
AND, BY PROSECUTING THEM AND CRIMINALIZING NATIONAL SECURITY MEASURES -
THEREBY MAKE THEM AFRAID TO DO WHATEVER THEY HAVE TO TO ENSURE OUR SAFETY
AND ENSURE THAT WE DEFEAT THE ISLAMO-TERRORISTS,
THEN WE WILL SURELY LOSE OUR BEST PEOPLE AND LOSE THE WAR.

Well, then then next intelligence chief will simply go to the courts and say that they have evidence of a plot against Italy and the judges will convict the terrorist in absentia.
Then the intelligence chief can hold a public conference to let the people of Italy know how well the courts are protecting them.
