The head of Iran's space program, Hamid Fazeli, has announced plans to launch an ape into space. The ape, pictured above, is hoping the launch will increase the size of his nations phallus, at least on the international scene. All joking aside - the ability to send a payload in orbit, combined with the ability to produce, or procure, nuclear weapons is a GLOBAL threat.
