Scott Walker is way too polarizing for the national stage. Marco Rubio does enjoy ethnic support, but would have to be cleared for eligibility. Condi Rice... no way. Bobby Jindal is smart and popular in his home state, but his religious fervor can work against him.
McDonnell has 4 years to prove himself as more than a fad, but he has some sterling numbers now.
