BRILLIANT AND COOL AND HIP OBAMA DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO USE AN IPHONE

... in front of a room of journalists, the President decided to call them up to pass on his gratitude. 

But the plan went awry when White House trip director Marvin Nicholson handed the President his personal iPhone - and Obama couldn’t get it to work. 

According to The Washington Times, a reporter who witnessed the scene said the president looked 'befuddled', adding: 'It’s not clear he knows how to dial on an iPhone'. 

After a few tentative minutes, Obama finally said: 'Oh, I got to dial it in. Hold on, hold on. I can do this. See, I still have a BlackBerry.' 

But the President then continued to have more trouble dialling the number on the iPhone's touch screen and the call failed to go through.

EVERY TIME THE MASK SLIPS - AND HE GOES "OFF THE TELEPROMPTER" SO TO SPEAK - WE SEE MORE PROOF THAT OBAMA IS NOT AS COOL OR  AS SMART AS HIS SYCOPHANTS BELIEVE.
