THE ENCROACHMENT OF MOSQUES AROUND THE WORLD

Daniel Greenfield at Front Page Magazine's written about how mosques are being built in many western countries, some with Saudi funding. Both Marseille in France and Murfreesboro in Tennessee are just 2 places dealing with these problems. The Saudi money's gone to the following examples:

Not to be left out the Sunnis are getting their own Copenhagen mega mosque funded by Saudi Arabia. This will involve an architectural “mountain” across from the University of Copenhagen topped by two minarets, transforming the Sunni-Shiite rivalry into a competition to create the biggest Islamist eyesores in a city generally known for a quieter brand of architecture.

It’s not only in the West that the mega mosques are rising. In Moscow, Muslims have taken over entire streets to call for the construction of new mosques. And the Saudis have already offered to cover the cost.

Clearly, Saudi Arabia is the prime cause of the encroachment, which is no doubt being helped by how western countries continue to rely on their oil instead of looking for other resources elsewhere. Since the House of Saud still practices chilling dictatorialism, that's why under a sane political system, no business would be done with them until they agree to abandon their sharia-based culture. And we have to hope that sane governments and politicians will get a chance again to prove themselves capable of making clear to the Saudis this cannot be tolerated.
