I have viewed Biden's entire Vice Presidency through the lens of his being "Pre-Alzheimer's" because you pointed it out.
That does not mean that I believe with absolute certainty that that is what he is. But, it is pretty clear to me that something is wrong with the man. Whether he is an alcoholic, or impaired in some other way, I don't know. But, something is wrong.
