it's not about semantics.
the law is bad policy.
all 2700 pages.
most of it has nothing to do with the mandate/tax.
it must all be thrown out.
have you read it?
who do you rely on to know what's in it?
i think all laws should be less than 10 pages long.
and congressmen would be required to read them before voting.
and there should be a 5 day waiting period before voting.
an they should be posted on line for the 5 days.
and they shouldn;t be voted on on a sunday at midnight.,
