An Albany College of Pharmacy student hid an iPhone in a CVS bathroom to record dozens of women taking off their clothes, police said.
The alleged incidents occurred at the Latham CVS, at ... Loudon Road, where Vaughn Greene was an intern. While Greene, 26, was working the counter at CVS, the victim asked him if the bathroom was open, Sgt. Robert Donnelly said. Greene then went to the bathroom, placed the phone between two rolls of toilet paper, switched it on record and told the woman the bathroom was "all clear," Donnelly said.
A 60-year-old woman using the bathroom on Saturday night discovered the phone stashed behind rolls of toilet paper. She initially thought the phone was lost and took it to the front counter to turn in, according to court records. She then saw that the phone was still recording while she was carrying it.
