OBAMA'S UNGTEENTH STRAW MAN SPEECH:
Now, in the midst of this debate, there are some who seem to be suffering from a kind of collective amnesia. After all that’s happened, after the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression, they want to return to the same practices that got us into this mess.
In fact, they want to go back to the same policies that have stacked the deck against middle-class Americans for too many years.
Their philosophy is simple: we are better off when everyone is left to fend for themselves and play by their own rules.WHO THE EFF IS HE DESCRIBING!?
Well, I’m here to say they are wrong.
IT AIN'T THE TEA PARTY! AND IT AIN'T THE GOP!
WHAT CAUSED THE CURRENT CRISIS WASN'T GREED OR "TRICKLE DON ECONOMICS".
IT WAS LIBERAL HOUSING/BANKING POLICIES THAT CREATED ALL THE WORTHLESS HOUSING DEBT AND INFLATED THE HOUSING BUBBLE THAT INEVITABLY BURST.
IT WAS SOCIALISM - JUST LIKE IN GREECE AND SPAIN AND THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN NATIONS STRANGLED BY THEIR SOVEREIGN DEBT.
OUR PHILOSOPHY IS SIMPLE:
KEEP THE FINGERS OF THE CAREER POLITICIANS AND THEIR CRONIES AND THEIR LOBBYIST PALS - OUT OF THE ECONOMY.
AND THAT MEANS THE FINGERS OF LEFT-WING CROOKS LIKE OBAMA AND BLAGOJEVICH AND REZKO AND SOLYNDRA AND BARNEY FRANK.
WHAT SCREWED THE MIDDLE-CLASS WAS THE LEFT-WING SOCIAL-ENGINEERING, NOT LAISSEZ FAIRE POLICIES AND NOT TRICKLE DOWN POLICIES AND NOT CONSERVATIVE POLICIES.
OBAMA CAN ONLY WIN A DEBATE AGAINST A STRAW MAN.
