The trial of former Egyptian dictator Hosni Mubarak has begun, with the now suffering from illness man brought to the courtroom in a cage.
But what can one expect when Mubarak, in the 3 decades he was autocrat, did nothing to improve the culture, education and economy in Egypt, nor anything to make the public mindset more favorable to Israel, and otherwise spent all that time creating more jihadist golems that ultimately turned on him?
If Mubarak's fallen, it's basically to the very Islamist monster he only helped to further cultivation of. Maybe if he'd made an effort to improve things, this wouldn't have happened. But he never did, so this is probably what happens when no responsible policies are formed to help improve the country.
Here's a video on Town Hall about the trial.
