The Six-Day War or June War also known as the 1967 Arab-Israeli War or the Third Arab-Israeli War, was fought between June 5 and June 10, 1967, by Israel and the neighboring states of Egypt (known then as the United Arab Republic [UAR]), Jordan, and Syria.THE ARABS DON'T CALL THAT DATE THE CATASTROPHE OR NAKBA.
NAKBA IS "CELEBRATED" - (I THINK THAT'S A GOOD WORD TO USE HERE, THE ARABS CELEBRATE BY ACTS OF VIOLENCE AND ATTEMPTED GENOCIDE) - WHEN ISRAEL ITSELF WAS FOUNDED IN THE WAR OF INDEPENDENCE:
Nakba Day (Arabic: يوم النكبة Yawm an-Nakbah, meaning "day of the catastrophe") is an annual day of commemoration for the Palestinian people of the displacement that accompanied the creation of Israel in 1948.[1]
... Nakba Day is generally commemorated on May 15, the day after the Gregorian calendar date for Israel's Independence.
THE ARABS DON'T JUST WANT THE SO-CALLED TERRITORIES BACK.
THEY REALLY WANT THE DESTRUCTION AND ERADICATION OF ISRAEL, NOT MERELY A RETREAT TO 1967 BORDERS.
NOT NOW. NOT EVER AGAIN.
