The immigrant community in Gellerup Park Housing Complex in Aarhus, Denmark now hosts a local court system where problems will be arbitrated by a local court. This court is not sanctioned by the Justice Department or Police. Its existence is symptomatic of the failure of integration, and the evidence of loss of control by Danish Government of this area.
