I suspect other states will follow the leadship of Arizona although I don't expect much action until the DOJ's suit is decided in court. I realize the final disposition will take a while but the initial ruling should come this month. As you indicate however, this is not good for the Obama administration and their harsh action toward a state thats simply trying to protect its citizens.
