Those who would poo-poo Climategate scandal argue that the CRU's data and modeling is not very important to the overall argument they make.
BUT: If the data and models the CRU had are not actually so crucial to the AGW alarmists, then why did the CRU hide it for so long and distort it?
And why are so many defending them? Or ignoring the whole thing?
