His argument that KSM should be tried in civilian court because he killed civilians is simply false. That's 100% legally irrelevant. You don't get sent to juvenile court if you kill a child. Furthermore, KSM attacked the Pentagon, which is US military headquarters, so Holder's non-point is further nullified by his own non-argument in favor of it. He's doing this because he's a troofer and a typical leftist terrorist-lover.
