Obamacare - or Pelosicare, if you prefer - is a LOSE-LOSE Proposition for Obama and the democrats.
If they pass nothing, then they fail.
If they pass ANYTHING then they will damage the already weak recovery and damage the health insurance industry and the healthcare industry and create unsettling havoc in millions and millions of families lives.
The power grab also will continue to turn independents off and ensure that 2010 will give us huge GOP and conservative victories.
That's a good thing.
These victories are coming no matter what.
The only difference is that by passing Obamacare the left ensures that there is gong to be a WAVE OF COUNTER-MEASURES AND SIDE-EFFECTS AND UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES IN THE MARKETPLACE CREATING MORE INSECURITY and ensuring millions of people will therefore unnecessarily suffer between now and 2010.
Obama cares not for the people, just achieving his deeply held socialist dreams of having the state "create a utopia" by taking over.
It's about POWER: the Left wants the state to have it.
Once they get power, the state will ruin whatever they takeover. It's inevitable.
It's the postofficification.
They will turn the best healthcare system in the world into a clunker.
WE WILL ALL SUFFER AS A RESULT.
Sigh.
Until we retake power in 2012 and undo the damage they're doing now.
