I've not followed this issue closely so here's a question for anyone to answer:
Does the fact that his mother was American make him U.S. citizen no matter where he was born?
If the point of all this is not to dispute his citizenship - thus his legitimacy as president - fine, we already know he's a liar and this would just be icing on the cake of lies.
But if his eligibility is in question, despite his mother's citizenship, can someone explain how? I'm seriously not up on how all this is supposed to work, so please explain.
Yes he may be a U.S. citizen as his mother was a U.S. citizen.
However....
the Constitution says the President must be "native born" or a resident of the U.S. as the time the Constitution was adopted.
In order to be "native born" he must either be born in Honolulu, OR his mother had to have lived for at least 5 years after reaching her majority - in other words, if Barry was born overseas, his mother was too young to make him "native born"
correction:
After reaching the age of 18, His mother had to have lived 5 years IN THE U.S. prior to Barry's birth. Idea is mom had to decide to stay a U.S. citizen and planned on coming back, even if child born overseas - happens to U.S. servicemen all the time, their kids are born overseas (like my wife born in Orleans France to a U.S. Air Force service-member and his wife (great in-laws)
Constitution a little hazy on some details, just to be sure, congress passed a resolution declaring John McCain a Native born son since his father (in the Navy) was stationed in the Panama Canal Zone when John was born.
Everyone is agreed though that if born overseas, Barry is not a NATIVE BORN citizen.

The way I see it...
The Obama camp must have gotten ahold of a time machine, and gone back in time to 1961 to fake the location of his birth.
It's the only thing that really makes any sense. How could Obama's mom have pulled this off alone??

Because there is a great risk that if he does, we will start looking closely at what he is doing to us now.
Because, no matter what, there is only one way to remove a sitting President (impeachment and conviction) and that is not going to happen, no matter what.
Did the forger pull the date out of thin air? Why wouldn't the date have been moved up to be certain of no questions?
On another site the Obots are claiming it is a forgery as they have located one from Australia that is similar in price, form number etc. However, the folds on that picture do not match the one on this one. Also, it is quite concevable that the Crown used the same basic form in all the colonies and territories at the time. It may be a fake, but I have yet to see absolute proof. As to when Kenya became a country and all that, give consideration to the fact that they probably continued to use old forms for years before updating things. This is after all the hinterlands of the empire.... So, I continue to hold judgement until he produces an actual hospital/state birth certificate, not the COLB we have already seen.
