Yeah, it kind of is. This is a great video from LetFreedomRingUSA.com, which illustrates quite well how government-run anything works. There are two more great vids at the link above. Check them out! I wish it showed the servers (doctors) on food stamps, though, and then the total lack of them in favor of a hundred hosts (bureaucrats) at every restaurant.
