Obama Revokes Major Cook's Order

Major Cook was suing Obama because he was being deployed to Afghanistan. Obama has YET to provide proof that he's indeed a natural-born citizen. Well, today Major Cook's order was revoked.

For all TAB readers who forget the FACTS:

Obama has NEVER released his actual birth certificate to the public--vault or any other copy. Yes, there was a digital copy JPEG released by Tommy Vietor from the DNC EMAILED the image to Fact Check. No HARD COPY was ever transferred from the DNC (don't know what FactCheck ever "touched" and photographed). FactCheck has some explaining to do for misleading the American public (that's another story). But one must think about this, if you took a laptop and a scanner or camera and scanned/uploaded YOUR birth certificate copy, blacked out the serial number, and took it with you to the Division of Motor Vehicles in your state, dropped it on the counter (gently) and pulled up a copy of your scanned birth certificate. Would they accept it as an authentic copy or an original? OR WILL THEY NOT accept it because it is a scanned/photographed image and CAN be altered (even says it at the bottom of most birth certificates that the form may not be photographed, copied, or duplicated in any manner). Please try to use the argument that Obama had his birth certificate up on the Internet and that was accepted as a legitimate copy so why can’t yours. Checkmate. Game 1 Over.

Next, Obama has sealed ALL of his birth and passport records, school records, college thesis, medical records, and there is no proof of a name change at all (or it is under seal). There has never been someone so protected in politics in history. All for a $12 birth certificate.

Moreover, Hawaii confirmed that there is birth certificate on file according to its procedures and policies. NOT ANYTHING ELSE. BTW, Hawaii, in 1961, also allowed for FOREIGN-BORN children to be registered in the state. And AFRICAN is not a race. Someone at the DNC was so politically correct, that they typed in African as the race--we did not use those terms in 1961. NEGRO would have listed as race, which was one of the select few accepted races at that time in Hawaii.

So, to all you naysayers and fools who have been duped by FactCheck, Snopes, and Obama et al, look at the facts. If you had to produce your birth certificate, could you? Answer yes, in a NY minute. Checkmate. Game 2 Over.

Finally, the US Senate passed a resolution in April 2008 confirming that John McCain was indeed a natural-born citizen because BOTH of his parents were US citizens. Why wasn't the same done for Barry? Obama's mother, Ann Dunham, was not old enough to confer US citizenship at the time of his birth and did not live in the USA for the required number of years (she lived abroad!). Obama's father, a Kenyan citizen and British subject, was obviously NOT a US citizen EVER. So, how could he be a natural born citizen? Obama could have been born in the Lincoln bedroom of the White House and he still wouldn't be a natural-born citizen of the USA. Checkmate. Game 3 Over.

Just show us the birth certificate, "Mr. President".
