Couldn't make it up if you tried. The 'harassment' to which they were subjected? The guards delivered the judge's message. Mohammedan narcissism never ceases to astound me.
The suspects get to speak for 5 minutes each for absolutely no reason, so when the guards came to notify them - because they were boycotting the session and the prosecutor agreed to have them notified - he (the prosecutor) said, "We do not believe it is necessary for the guard force to continue to harass him in his cell."
"That's not harassment — what the guards get from them is harassment," [the mother of one of the deceased] added. Other victims' family members among the 10 attending the sessions said the military had told them there had been 14 cases of detainees tossing cocktails of bodily fluids at guards on a single day this week.

Obama criticized the commissions while campaigning for the presidency, then described them in his May 21 "security" speech at the National Archives in Washington as an "an appropriate venue for trying detainees for violations of the laws of war."

"The truth about what is going on here is not being told," said Brian Long, who lost his parents in the attacks. "I know that there were some tactics used in the past that weren't politically correct. But I do not believe, from anything I have seen here this week, that any of that is going on here now."
