Did anyone bother to tell Obama that the reason FedEx can do such tracking is that they are a PRIVATE COMPANY???? Between FedEx and UPS, the Postal Service is going broke. I am sure that Obama didn't want this to be the analogy for Obamacare, but if the Postal Service can't track mail as well as a private company, what makes him think that a government healthcare plan can do as well as private ones?
