"Gods" who demand human sacrifice aren't Divine; they're evil.
Adherents who believe suicidal murderers (committing - in their minds - human sacrifice) - get 72 virgins in Heaven as a reward for suicidal murder are evil - as is their "god".
Appeasing the enemy is like committing human sacrifice to appease evil "gods". One should stand up and defend what's right and not kowtow to evil. Appeasing is sacrificing the soul to evil. It may leave the body whole, but it's dead inside.
This is another reason why appeasers and islamikazis are birds of a feather.
Perhaps they share a vestigial gene?
