Hamas has recently passed a radical Islamic bill authorizing whipping, dismembering and execution as standard punitive action in Gaza, the London-based Arabic newspaper al-Hayat reported Wednesday.Unsurprisingly, no outrage from Amnesty Intl. or Peace Now regarding Hamas' embracing of human rights violations.
The whip will be used on anyone “engaging in games of chance, offending religious beliefs, and defaming others’ character.”
