Where is the media outrage? Or better yet, where is the media? Had the circumstances been slightly different this would be front page copy. Why are these men not being charged with committing a hate crime? Or, is it as I suspect, that hate crime status only applies when those of minority status (does that term even apply now) are victims, not the perpetrators? That is why I oppose "hate crime status". It only serves to further divide us. Murder is murder, and this is one of the ugliest I've heard about in some time.
