OBAMA SPEAKS ON THE ANNIVERSARY OF BILL AYERS' ARREST AT DNC

THE MSM WANTS YOU TO ASSOCIATE OBAMA'S SPEECH TONIGHT WITH MARTIN LUTHER KING: CNN: Obama reaches next milestone on symbolic anniversary

(CNN) -- Standing on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial on August 28,1963, Martin Luther King Jr. shared his vision for a new America:

"I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: 'We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal,' " he said before a crowd of hundreds of thousands.

King's dream for a land where his children would "not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character" would be repeated, meditated upon and memorized for generations to come.

... On the 45th anniversary of King's rousing call, Sen. Barack Obama will accept the Democratic nomination at INVESCO Field in Denver, Colorado. In what represents at least a partial actualization of King's dream, Obama will become the first African-American to lead a major party's ticket for president of the United States.

BUT OBAMA HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH KING - OR THE CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT - AND NEITHER DID ANYONE IN HIS FAMILY.

• ME AND MY FAMILY WERE MORE INVOLVED IN THE CIVIL RIGHT MOVEMENT THAN OBAMA.

• AND BESIDES THAT, WHAT KING ADVOCATED IN THAT SPEECH WAS NOTHING AT ALL LIKE WHAT OBAMA WANTS:

• AS THE WORDS CNN CITED ABOVE REVEAL, KING WANTED A COLOR-BLIND AMERICA WHICH ALLOWED EACH PERSON TO ACHIEVE WHATEVER THEY MIGHT BASED ON THE CONTENT OF THEIR CHARACTER.

• DR MLK JR. DID NOT AN AMERICA THAT GAVE PREFERENCES TO PEOPLE OF ANY CERTAIN SKIN-PIGMENTATION.

• DR MLK JR. WAS NOT ABOUT GETTING MORE GOVERNMENT HANDOUTS OR BIGGER RACIAL QUOTAS - OR RACE-BASED PREFERENCES.

• TODAY'S DEMOCRATS ARE ABOUT NOTHING IF THEY ARE NOT ABOUT AFFIRMATIVE ACTION AND QUOTAS AND TREATING PERSONS AS MEMBERS OF A GROUP OR CLASS FIRST, (AND NOT AS INDIVIDUALS).

• IOW: OBAMA AND TODAY'S DEMOCRATS ARE ANTI-KING: THEIR CLASS-WARFARE AND IDENTITY POLITICS ARE ANATHEMA TO KING.

AN ESPECIALLY EGREGIOUS EXAMPLE OF THE TWISTING OF KING AND THE MISAPPROPRIATION OF HIM IS THIS :

In what represents at least a partial actualization of King's dream, Obama will become the first African-American to lead a major party's ticket for president of the United States.

THIS IS BS: OBAMA GOT THE NOMINATION BECAUSE HE WAS BLACK (OR HALF BLACK) AND NOT DESPITE IT AND NOT WITHOUT ANY REGARD FOR HIS SKIN-PIGMENTATION.

• AND LET'S MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT: IT'S ALL ABOUT HIS SKIN-PIGMENTATION.
• IT'S NOT ABOUT HIS CIVIL RIGHTS RECORD OR HIS FAMILY'S ASCENT FROM SLAVERY AND JIM CROW - BECAUSE HIS FAMILY HAS NO DIRECT RELATIONSHIP TO SLAVERY OR JIM CROW.
• OBAMA GREW UP IN INDONESIA AND HAWAII AND WAS RAISED AS A BIRACIAL PERSON BY HIS WHITE FAMILY.
• THEREFORE, OBAMA HAS NO DIRECT EXPERIENCE OF WHAT IT MEANS TO BE AN AFRICAN AMERICAN.
• THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY HE WAS ATTRACTED TO WRIGHT RACIST TRINITY CHURCH: TO GET SOME BLACK/AFRICAN-AMERICAN CREDS.
  

• IF HE WAS WHITE HE WOULD HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THE NOMINATION.

• IF HE WAS WHITE, THEN ALL HE WOULD HAVE BEEN DURING THE PRIMARIES IS A TALLER LESS EXPERIENCED VERSION OF KUCINICH.

THE REAL ANNIVERSARY OF MEANING IS THIS: Flashback: 40 Years Ago Today, Bill Ayers Arrested at DNC

For those Democrats who are too young to have a proper appreciation of their party's history, which likely includes most of Senator Obama's supporters, we direct your attention to a memorable moment in DNC history that shows how the current nominee really is connected to the party's past as much as its future.

It was forty years ago today that Barack Obama friend and political ally, and unrepentant terrorists, William Ayers was arrested while protesting the DNC proceedings.

William Ayers set no bombs that day, but he was only working his way up from petty criminal to domestic terrorist.

And of course this was long before Barack Obama and he struck up the friendship that would lead Ayers to launch Obama's political career at his house.

Still, the McCain campaign would take this opportunity to remind voters that those responsible for the violence in 1968 have since been incorporated into the party they once protested, and have been revered even by the likes of Barack Obama, and this despite the failure, in the case of Ayers, to ever apologize for the violence he committed against the American people.

• OBAMA IS COVERING UP THESE TIES.

• FOR GOOD REASON: THESE TIES EXPOSE HIM FOR WHAT HE IS: A DANGEROUSLY EXTREME AND INEOPXREINCED CANDIDATE WITH POOR JUDGEMNT.
