DRILL HERE FIRST: CALIFORNIA
IN FACT, JUST OPEN THE FREAKIN PLATFORMS YA ALREADY GOT:
For oil, California is the quickest relief. Existing platforms there would allow access to some of the leases companies paid $1.1 billion for in 1981, but have been precluded from developing for 26 years. California is the nation's largest consumer of gasoline, so it could go directly to their extensive refinery network, also.SHEESH.
- LEMME SEE NOW.... OBAMA AND THE DEMS WANNA RAISE TAXES ON THE ENERGY COMPANIES, AND THE GOP WANTS TO LET THEM DRILL FOR MORE.
