Abortion figures expected to reach another record high
A record number of women had abortions last year, new figures are expected to show.Official statistics are predicted to disclose the number of terminations in 2007 again topped 200,000 as increasing numbers of teenage girls have unplanned pregnancies.
It comes just weeks after MPs controversially rejected a bid to cut the legal time limit for terminations from 24 weeks.
Last night campaigners said the new figures should lead to renewed attempts to prevent England becoming the “abortion capital of Europe”.
- THE LACK OF DESIRE TO PROCREATE IS A SYMPTOM OF THE RISE OF POSTMODERNISM AND OF NIHILISTIC HEDONISM -
- AND OF THE DECLINE AND FALL OF THE WEST.
- WITHOUT PRIDE IN THE WEST, AND A BELIEF IN THE RIGHT TO LIFE, THERE IS NO HOPE.
- WITHOUT HOPE AND FAITH, EUROPEANS WILL APPEASE AND ABORT EUROPEAN CULTURE INTO OBLIVION.
