OBAMA'S THREE BIGGEST ISSUES ARE BOGUS

When he congratulated Hillary last night, Obama said this:
Mr. Obama congratulated his opponent at a Tuesday night rally in Evansville, Ind. But he also implicitly chided Mrs. Clinton for the negative tone of her attacks over the past week — and, tacitly, acknowledged his own missteps.

“It’s easy to get caught up in the distractions and the silliness and the tit-for-tat that consumes our politics, the bickering that none of us are entirely immune to,” he said. “That trivializes the profound issues — two wars, an economy in recession, a planet in peril.”

He added that Americans “believe that the challenges we face are bigger than the smallness of our politics.”
IOW: THE BIG THREE ISSUES FOR HIM AND HIS SUPPORTERS ARE:
  1. two wars, [HE MEANS AFGHANISTAN AND IRAQ - NOT THE GLOBAL JIHAD]
  2. an economy in recession, [IN WHICH UNEMPLOYMENT IS LOWER THAN IN 1996 AND THE STOCK MARKET IS FLAT]
  3. a planet in peril [EVEN THOUGH 2007 WAS THE COLDEST IN DECADES AND THE WORLD HASN'T WARMED SINCE 2001]
THESE THREE PROBLEMS ARE JUST NOT AS BIG OR AS BAD AS OBAMA CLAIMS:
  1. WE ARE WINNING BOTH WARS.
  2. WE ARE NOT IN A RECESSION, AND IF ONE OCCURS IT WILL PROBABLY BE SHORT, AND SHALLOW.
  3. AND AGW IS BULLSHIT.
IOW: ALL THREE ARE BULLSHIT.

JUST LIKE OBAMA AND THE LEFT. AND THE DEMOCRATS:

ALL THEY HAVE IS A FAULTY DIAGNOSIS AND A BAD PRESCRIPTION

1. Issue is ending these wars, not just winning. We only truly win when everyone is home and safe.
2. This is a recession, anyone who says it's not is ignorant... or lives under a rock.
3. Global warming has less to do with global temperature and more to do with climate change. Ice caps melting, putting most species on this planet in danger (including humans) due to flooding, habitat loss, and disruption of natural processes such as food chains and growing seasons.

We all need to be more open-minded in these trying times, which may (heaven forbid) mean tuning away from Rush for a day or two and flipping the channel away from Fox News every once in a while.
