DOES AVIGDOR LIEBERMAN MEAN IT?

It's been reported now that Yisrael Beitenu head Avigdor Lieberman is threatening to quit the government if talks are held between Israel and Fatah. But, does he mean it? He's going to have to quit now if he really wants to prove himself.
